Vacation rentals in Frama

We had a very nice week's holiday. Nikos was always available and very attentive. He knew the area well and his suggestions were very helpful. The location of the house was great. Both in the center, close to the beach and all the restaurants, markets and away from the crowds and noise. I can't say enough about the view from the terrace. It was a pleasure to sit and have a drink. As for the comments about the house, it was very nice and sufficient as planned. I can say that during our 4 person stay, we did not feel the lack of anything compared to our home. Plates, pots, and other items in the kitchen were complete. You need only basic cooking items and go. Because Nikos has other ingredients ready for you. There was plenty of oil, spices, and even drinks. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean, including the towels. The internet was fast and the TV was very functional. We had a lovely holiday here and if we go to the same area again I will stay at Nikos' house.

We had a great stay at Michael's place. The villa was nice, spacious, welcoming and well-equipped. The outside was very well-maintained, with beautiful greenery and having the pool was amazing! We really enjoyed the calmness of the villa and the fact we felt a bit separated from everyone. One thing I need to mention is that the beach is around 12-15 minutes away walking though a dirt road and it is not necessarily a beach you would choose to spend your time in. Also, there wasn't a bar or a restaurant on it, which we expected from the photos and communication. This was a bit of a surprise because we planned to use the access to those things and were a bit let down by the lack of options for beach or eating without a car. So keep in mind if you want to go to an actual beach or dine outside the home you would need a car or a taxi (taxis are hard to find). Other than that everything was really nice, the hosts were responsive to our needs and the area is really beautiful!

We were spending a great week of our family vacation 2+3 children and enjoyed every moment there! The property is a real gem! Also host was extremely helpful and supportive! We’ve never had an experience with airbnb properties before that host has checked upfront with the restaurants if they are working (as we were in low-season) during our visit! Real care and appreciation. As well the instructions on usage of every equipment was as detailed as possible! Every detail was thoought through and added with care. The environment and particularly the garden was making the stay as enjoyable as possible! The property with the soul!

We spent seven fantastic days in Katerina's cozy house, but especially in the large, enchanting garden including private(stone)beach. Our three kids had enough space to play and romp while we could relax on the cozy terrace and the many lounging options overlooking the sea. At the end of October, many restaurants and shops on the island were already closed, but we had many of the fantastic beaches of the island almost to ourselves. We can definitely recommend Katerina's place and would be happy to come back...

Anastasia's apartment is a real highlight! We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the great view and location very much. The amenities are high quality, from the towels to the cutlery. What may still be important to know: the apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building, 28 steps must be overcome in front of the entrance. It was good for my mother (72) and me. Nea Skioni is a lively, likeable fishing village where you can see and enjoy a lot.

The two of us stayed at the place in Nea Skioni for a week and everything was perfect for us. Beautiful area in a small fishing village with a great apartment. We didn't miss anything there because we were able to relax there superbly. Very friendly and accommodating hosts. A day trip to Thessaloniki is also possible. Recommended is the fish restaurant on the ground floor, just below the property. There you can eat very well and spend nice evenings. We highly recommend the place.

We had a really nice stay at Maria's place in Nea Sikonia! The house was well equipped with all the appliances we needed for a comfortable family stay. House location is in the heart of the village, just steps away from the beach, charming village center, and a variety of great restaurants but at the same time in a quite small alley. Nea Sikonia itself is a picturesque village with a lovely square and a street lined with restaurants and cafes right in front of the beach and small harbor Traveling by car is ideal for exploring nearby places like Agia Paraskevi, Chaniotis, Pefkochori, Paliouri among others all of which are just a short drive away. Most importantly Maria is incredible host, kind and responsive, always ready to assist with any questions and local recommendations and welcomed us with a great home made Limoncello Last but not least Maria warmly welcomed our Jack Russell, Eddy, who had the freedom to run freely around in the house's yard and enjoy the vacation with us.
