Monthly Rentals in Fox Theater Historic District

Amazing Stay!! Highly highly recommend!! Me and my friends stayed for 2 months at Riley's place. From before we booked the place to even after we checked-out, Riley and Michael were amazing hosts. Super friendly and responsive. Their place was really cozy. The house has amazing furniture and everything that you need or wish you had in your own house (from snacks to expensive sheets to even a potted plant). All their instructions were very clear, and the place was well-maintained. Riley even upgraded the internet plan for us, and responded immediately to show us how to get the AC working. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and is walkable from both Piedmont Park and Midtown ATL. There are also some nice restaurants, the only downside was that there were some mosquitoes in the area but everything else was perfect! If you are looking for a cozy place with nice furniture that's in great condition, then Riley's place should be your go-to! This place is a hidden gem in the heart of ATL.

Very spacious! Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to stay near downtown.
