The owners wanted a family space to share with guests, and have a mix of modern , retro & vintage with panoramic views over the ocean stretching as far as Rame Head ,Looe, Seaton & Downderry. Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

Cedar lodge is a detached modern property, located up behind the main house, nestled in a semi-walled garden with a private patio area which enjoys a southerly aspect. There are heaters in the lounge and bedroom and heated towel rail in the shower room. A parking space is at the bottom of the path leading up to the property approximately 50 meters away.
