Matt's place is super clean, welcoming and warm. Parking outside was easy. There was usually always a space directly outside, and we just moved it into the paid area (directly across the street). There were absolutely no questions and Matt was the perfect host. Very flexible, kind and understanding. Recommended to anyone, especially parents.

The place is cozy, clean and we can recommend it with a clear conscience! Chris is very friendly, likeable and helpful. Everything is within walking distance. Great location to explore Cornwall! 😊

Stayed for 2 nights and the apartment was an ideal base for walking the Coastal Path. Close to bus and train stations. Good facilities and quiet. Bed super comfortable. Darren was very helpful and let me drop off my bag prior to check in. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our weekend at Lou's place. It was as described and its location was perfect for us. It is within easy walking distance of everything. We crammed alot into this weekend including following the coastal path to Holywell, eating at The Boathouse in the harbour, sitting on beach watching perfect sunsets and of course a rattler or 2! Thoroughly recommend Lou's place and wouldn't hesitate to book a repeat. Thanks Lou.

We loved our stay at Ocean Breeze! Mike was incredibly flexible and so friendly. The apartment was super clean and very cosy - wonderful views across the beach to top it off!

The apartment has everything you need and is very close to the supermarket. Beautiful view—we especially loved the balcony.

Very enjoyable stay at Roy’s loft. Ideal location with St Ives centre less than 10 minutes down the hill yet away from the crazy St Ives holiday traffic. Roy is a very friendly and helpful host.

Where to start! If you are looking for a fantastically located bolthole to escape to in West Cornwall then look no further. Situated up a steep residential street just above Mousehole, the views are quite simply stunning. We ate breakfast each morning on the balcony overlooking the harbour in the sunshine. The properties main feature is its view, however the rest of the property is well laid out. Largest room with the view is the living room but you will find a well equipped kitchen also with view, and a light and bright bedroom and bathroom space too with all you could need. The village is only a 2 minute steep walk away where you will find great restaurants and places to drink. This was a fantastic spot to enjoy all this part of Cornwall has to offer. We will hopefully be back!

The accommodation was wonderful. We were 2 families of 6 people - adults and older teens - and there was plenty of space. The building was beautiful and the decor was a really good fit. The only thing we could have done with at times was a second separate toilet! We visited both south Cornwall and north Devon as well as Plymouth and the house made a good base for everything we wanted to do. All in all we all had a great time and would happily recommend for a Plymouth stay.

My brothers stayed in the apartment for my graduation ceremony. They enjoyed the apartment. The apartment is easy to find and close to the city centre. I will host my guests here again. Also Bobbie responds time was very prompt. I booked the apartment very late in the evening. My booking was confirmed and I checked in by 8:pm. I highly recommend the apartment for anyone coming to Plymouth.

A lovely annex, easy access, close to lovely villages and attractions (like Cotehele) and it was immaculately clean. Rachel was a great host. Thank you!

The apartment was just right for the three of us, clean and well-provided with all the facilities we needed and in a great location to explore St Ives. Being able to drive right up to the door to unload our car was a real bonus, and the information provided made essentials like parking and shopping very easy. Thanks!

A really lovely place on the outskirts of Plymouth. Within easy reach of the town centre by bus (across the road) and had everything I needed during my stay. The place was lovely and clean and well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend Judy and Geoff’s place if you’re thinking of staying in Plymouth or the surrounding area. Thank you for a lovely, comfortable stay.

Had an absolutely amazing holiday at honeybee. Chris was friendly when we met and was near if we required anything. I have a disabled son in a wheelchair and the ramp made it accessible and had no problems inside the property. Great base location to explore Cornwall. Thank you so much. Would definitely return.

Me and my partner, loved this place the minute we arrived. It was immaculate and Tara was very helpful and what a great host she was. Anything we needed she provided. And brought us some tea cakes. The whole place was beautiful and in such good location. Looked after it like it was our home and left in the same condition it was given to us. The hot tub was a a bonus and the vibes it gave us was amazing. Loved our stay and will most likely book again!

A comfy and very scenic apartment, ideally situated with a short walk to the town. The apartment was well equipped and we very soon felt at home.

Stunning apartment, spacious and modern . Very clean. Welcome pack provided and toiletries. Beautiful views across the bay. 5 min walk down to the sea. 10 mins back ( uphill ! ) Lovely balcony to have a glass of wine. Peaceful location. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had the most amazing weather for our stay. Two of us shared the apartment. We discovered various steps to take us to town. The cab to the flat from the station was only £6 and well worth it on the way up! We really enjoyed The Sloop Inn and a restaurant called Silko on the quay St Ives. The best coffee by far was Mount Zion. The flat was really quiet and the beds comfortable. The Spa was really great and the views from the Spa Hotel were great. Lunch there was v tasty and the staff were sympathetic.

Honestly the photos do not do this place justice its incredible what a view and the host could not have been better extremely helpful, always there at request, respectful, polite all round wonderful person even made us scones to bake and the the towels shaped in to love hearts was a really nice touch they made us feel welcome and right at home would recommend to anyone thank you sheila for a great experience will be visiting again

George and Chris instantly made us feel at home, they were really welcoming and were so easy to talk too. We really felt they were 'our kind' of people! They left us a wonderful little hamper style arrangement with milk, butter, sourdough, eggs and even a bottle of wine. The Hay Loft was absolutely spotless and has everything one needs. The quality of appliances and general finishing is of the highest quality. The kitchen is sublime, perfectly oriented, very considered and well laid out. The hot tub is the best we've ever encountered, huge and much more comfortable than normal. The bed is also incredibly comfortable, West End of LDN hotel standard, really very good indeed. The icing on the cake is the three wonderful dogs they have too, Tootsy, Inky and the crazy spaniel who's name evades me 😂 We would come back again 100%

We had a lovely stay at The Egg Shed for my partners 40th- the place was cozy, comfy, very clean and as described. Fantastic hotub too, and a gift left for the birthday! Would highly recommend! Thank you.
