Monthly Rentals in Fountain

After a long string of stays in bare, beige, run-down suburban homes, often never seeing the owner, being hosted by Cora and her husband was a breath of fresh air, a reminder of what the airbnb experience was in the beginning. I booked late in the evening and was told that the front door would be unlocked and to just come in. The old farm house is well lived-in and full of tchotchkes; I stayed in the bedroom full of stuffed bears. In the morning, they welcomed me at the kitchen table as if I was part of the family. They offered a wide range of breakfast choices and made great conversation, telling me in particular about the range of local birds that visit their rural property. Before leaving, I took a walk down to the river in their back yard. If you want human interaction, I highly recommend staying here.

This is a very cute very comfortable cozy little stay. I would definitely be happy to stay here again. In fact I’ve already booked my next one.

We visited Colorado Springs and stayed four nights at Nathan's home; he communicated timely with us regarding check in which was a breeze. The house was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. We were able to cook a few meals at the house and the kitchen had all of the cooking supplies that we needed. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and we felt comfortable staying in them. The home is located close to Fort Carson in a quiet neighborhood where we always felt safe. There is a grocery store and restaurants within a 10-minute drive. During our stay we had a few questions and Nathan timely responded and resolved our needs. We would consider staying here again.

Absolutely loved staying here. The clear instructions about cleanliness made me feel great about staying there and the place is spotless. Simisola is very sweet.
