Vacation rentals with a patio in Fort Smith

Charming space with a well thought out design. Check in was easy and the host was friendly and responsive. The area was fairly quiet at night, but be aware that this space is near a train that you can hear frequently both day and night (if that's something that bothers you). Overall, I have no complaints and will stay here again in the future!

We have rented this location 3 times in the last year. Perfect little home away from home.

Everything was as described and super comfortable. Close to a lot of restaurants. Parking available in shared lot (also) that felt safe & secure. Comfy king-sized bed and couch.

Shannon and Chuck were fantastic hosts! They made me feel right at home because they knew I was coming into town late and provided complimentary snacks and waters for me after my long drive. They were responsive and their place was adorable and perfect for the weekend. I definitely enjoyed my stay!

Diana’s place is in a very neat historic building and is walking distance to great food, beverages, and entertainment. It is priced better than a hotel and is way more spacious.

The location was charming, clean and quiet. The bed was comfy and so was the sofa bed, water hot, and balconies cool. We only stayed overnight, but looking forward for our next stay here in the near future. Thank you Landon and Micaela for a great stay.

Great host that was very responsive when we needed her. Nice quiet location for my 2 sisters, my mom and myself to relax after visiting our father in the hospital. Beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Our son was in hospital and our stay at Gina's was a peaceful, restful, beautiful place to stay!! We will always try to stay when in the area and highly recommend it to friends and family!! Gina was an awesome host!!!

Perfect house with plenty of room to accommodate my large family and dogs! Such a rare find especially for the price point. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows and a nice queen sized blow up mattress available too. The yard was fenced and perfect for the kids and dogs to run around in. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The hot water heater went out while we were there and Sherri had it replaced the same day and offered to accommodate us in any way to help make sure our stay wasn’t disrupted because of the issue. We would definitely stay again.

Cozy and had everything we needed for the 3 weeks we stayed. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our large dog. The neighborhood is in a great location for getting to Chaffee Crossing & Fort Smith. Nathan was a perfect host!

We had a wonderful stay! Frank and Jenesis were incredibly accommodating and gracious when we had some extra needs due to someone in our group getting sick. They were responsive, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable. The beds were cozy, and we truly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings—especially the hot tub and the beautiful babbling creek. Being immersed in nature made for a relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house was perfect for us! I love the neighborhood and all the beautiful craftsman style homes. The beds were both very comfortable and the couches comfy! We look forward to staying in late spring when the trees are leafing out and the crepe Myrtles are blooming!
