Townhome vacation rentals in Folkestone & Hythe District

This is our second visit to Kish & Fiona's lovely home in Margate and it was just as great this time as it was originally. Kish & Fiona were a great help when we were running late for our arrival and shopping delivery for the weekend, they arranged for their cleaner to be at the property for us which was such a lovely thing to do. We will definitely be back next time we go to Margate.

Lovely large house, spotless and 1 minute walk from the seafront. Absolutely perfect and would definately recommend.

We had a Great stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, tidy, as detailed and was in an ideal location. Liz & Andrew were great hosts, returned communications promptly and always very helpful. We will book this accommodation again on the next visit to Rye, if available. Highly recommended

We had a great time. Perfect location for exploring Margate, everything in easy reach. Excellent set up for kids, my 3 year old loved playing with the dolls house.

This is a nice little place within walking distance of sea front, restaurants, Co-op just round the corner, so very convenient. Parking space is a real bonus. We have a Renault Capture and that was no problem to park. A much larger car might not be so easy. We really liked how quiet it was at night. Netflix was another bonus. All in all happy :-)

Abigail’s place is charming, full of character and located in a very peaceful street. We felt at home straight away with a lovely bright, well-stocked kitchen, comfy bed and coffee machine. It was close to the seafront and also the beating heart of Ramsgate with a Waitrose just around the corner - you couldn’t ask for a better spot. We loved our visit to Ramsgate and would definitely stay at Abigail’s lovely home again. Thank you!

Lovely townhouse 5 minutes walk to the centre of Calais. Beautiful furnishings, spotlessy clean with all amenities and equipment needed. Jean was friendly and polite and told us everything we needed to know. Definitely recommended and look forward to a return visit.

A really homely place with a beautiful two layered garden and a relaxing water feature.

We had a wonderful stay at this great cottage! The house is very large, tastefully decorated and offers many comfortable seating options. The kitchen is excellently equipped – ideal if you like to cook on vacation. Particularly beautiful is the enclosed garden, where the children could play safely. The beach is only a minute away on foot and was almost deserted – just perfect! We were there with two families with children and felt completely comfortable. We will definitely be happy to come back!

Delphine and Nicolas's home is unique and super local to everything you need whilst having free parking on the street. Walking distance to Saturday marche, lots of places to visit and do - Nausicaa, jardins, walled city - remnants etc. Recommend wholeheartedly.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in one of Abel’s places and I could not recommend him more highly. Always cheerful, available, helpful. Both of his places were perfect and in pristine condition. You can’t go wrong with Abel.

Youri was an excellent host! We had booked another of his listings for the beginning of our trip (Before moving on to Disneyland) and wanted to book the same apartment for the end of trip before getting back to Le Shuttle, however it was not available. Youri told me about this listing and it was just as well located as the first! The townhouse was beautifully decorated/ finished inside and very well equipped. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. We arrived quite late at night and were unable to park on the street right outside, but found a space down a street less than a minute walk away. We would definitely stay again!

Had a lovely stay in Fi’s place. The house is perfectly located for easy walking distance to everything Margate has to offer. The house is decorated beautifully but still a space we could feel comfortable with three children under 8. The kitchen was well equipped for any cooking we wanted to do, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Thanks!

Hannah is simply a delightful and insightful host. Very kind and graciously accommodating to our queries and needs. Not only is the environment warm and lovingly filled, it’s spacious and giving with memories, laughter and gleeful spells. Located in a very safe and welcoming neighborhood, that has an enchanting morning light; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids were ridiculously giddy with excitement to explore the toys and books available. Very nice townhouse, completely refurbished. Small rooms, but spaceful livingrooms and kitchen. The communication with Claire was very easy.

The house is perfect for a weekend away with friends to catch up for a chilled weekend out of the city. There’s really nice local restaurants and wine bars in st Leonards within a 10 minute walk, and Hastings is a nice beachfront 45 min walk away. I’d recommend this house for anyone looking for a chilled weekend away with friends! One thing to note for anyone looking to hire this place (not a bad thing) - one of our party recently got engaged so we blew up some balloons for a champagne toast one night. We were a very chilled bunch and stayed out of the house most of the time, but the host did try and charge us £150 for the few deflated balloons we accidentally left in the downstairs bathroom. We did a thorough clean and stuck very closely to the rules of this property, but I would not recommend this house if you are wanting to have parties or spend lots of time in the house. I would only recommend if you are using the house as a place to chill together and explore the local area!

The house is very beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated. The terrace in the back is very nice. 5-minute walk to the beach. Close to Boulogne and its Cité de la Mer. We are delighted with our stay.

We had a wonderful week. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved the secluded garden, where it was easy to relax. The dinning area is a great space to share time as a family. We loved the marina and its restaurants around the corner, whilst it was beautifully quiet. The house offers everything you can wish for and we hope to be back. We highly recommend the place for a stay. Taryn’s communication was excellent - thank you!

We have stayed in quite a few home through AirB&B, and Rob cottage is a stand out place to stay. The cottage is as described, well decorated and every amenity you could want. It is so central you can access all of Canterbury from here. Nice pub at the end of the street, bonus. Rob was super attentive and responded to all our messages in no time. He arranged the parking and also laid on a really nice welcome pack. I can not recommend Rob’s cottage enough and would have no hesitation in staying here again. Had an amazing stay with my family at Captain’s house. It feels like a real experience, very old worldly and grand. Super lovely hosts who were clear with their instructions, and it was all just easy and pleasant.

What a gorgeous property and responsive host! The home is stunning and perfectly suits the seaside town of Whitstable. It is quaint and beautifully decorated yet still has all the essentials comforts provided, and then some. Excellent location from which to access the train station, Whitstable and Tankerton as well as the harbour. Recommendations for things to do and places to dine provided by host. Should your holiday not be as sunny as you hope, the cozy log burner in the tv room provides a divine place to curl up to read or watch a film. Beautiful garden, sunroom and cozy kitchen. I would recommend without hesitation and we hope to return should our travels take us back to the area.
