I would say that my experience was good but I would lie, it was excellent!!! The apartment is super modern, spacious, safe and beautiful. Below the dpto there is a market in which you find a great variety of food and serve you super well. The beach is across the street. One block away there is a very good restaurant. The location is undoubtedly the best. Spacious and super quiet beach. Claudia is incredible how kind and helpful she is. Without a doubt, this experience left the room very high. We hope to go back ❤️

The location is excellent, the apartment is comfortable and is located in a condominium with outdoor pools, thermal pool, tennis court and multi-sport court, children's playroom and a great gym. In addition, there is a mini market and a restaurant inside the condominium that also serves the beach. Chairs and sun umbrellas are available. Communication with André is quick and effective. He was very attentive to us. The apartment is exactly as described, has split air-conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room, a wine cellar, crystal glasses, 2 parking spaces and you can see the sea from the balcony. The internet works very well. We already want to go back.

Several options for boat rental and enjoying the beach in the chairs and umbrellas provided by the house. The place is fantastic and offers what it really advertises! It's on the sand! We had an incredible stay. It was our first year in Brazil and we were totally in love. The house is just like in the photos, super comfortable, clean and well located. Host was very friendly and always responded quickly. We felt right at home. We would definitely come back!

Our experience at Solar do Ribeirão was wonderful! Jaqueline is a very attentive host, always quickly responded to my messages, sent home videos and clear instructions on access to the property. The location is very good, surrounded by great restaurants. Negative points of the location: the house does not have a garage and at some times it was difficult to park nearby. The house (and 2 of the 3 bedrooms) are very close to the street, so at night we had a lot of noise from vehicles. The house's high point is the landscape! You're practically in the sea! Overall, the house was clean - bedding and towels well cleaned, folded and passed. The living room and kitchen has no air conditioning and it was very hot, so it was hard to stick around. Super-equipped kitchen with everything we need for a comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved this house. Our time was amazing and Dario was a very responsive and nice host. The views are incredible. The plants are beautiful. The outdoor living space and beach were amazing. There was also so much privacy here. Stop looking for other options and book this place immediately if you have the chance…

The location is perfect. Balcony with sea view. Beach in front of the house. The house's furniture is older, but the house is comfortable. Mr. Hédio received us and explained everything. We'll be back for sure

This house was beautiful! The view from each room was stunning! We had a bird’s eye view of the birds and the beach. We had a lovely time going out to eat and eating in! The kitchen was very well stocked! I have a feeling we’ll be back!

Beautiful complex to stay. Wish to know that there are basketball ring and a volley field to enjoy… but also great surprise! Careful with the insects that are common as a tropical weather! Nice pool !

The place was amazing in every way, the nature is amazing, you can do many things and the lake was in front and it was wonderful. Inside the accommodation we had everything, really very comfortable. Nearby there are many restaurants and places to go sightseeing and even the beaches, you can take a bus or walk. I really recommend this place for a vacation, we loved it!

Márlon was an excellent host, we had flight problems and we only arrived 00:30, even at this time Márlon welcomed us with all sympathy and cordiality. The apto is perfect, well located, next bakery, super, restaurants, of the famous bridge, playground with playground, the ape is spacious, the girls loved the bathtub ( the night was a fun part) has all the utensils ( with baby we cooked to take her food) … summarizing the experience was 10, we enjoyed a lot of Floripa, and we got the choice of the apartment in full… thanks Marlon for the stay and for its availability, for sure we will come back and stay there again.

From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly and quickly. The apartment matches the photos shown in the listing, and the condominium where the apartment is located is great. Access to the beach by that walkway surrounded by native vegetation is spectacular. Helen has been very helpful since our arrival, always proactive in pointing out places to visit and restaurants in the vicinity. Everyone in my family loved the days we were there. Anyway, I can summarize my satisfaction in a few words: As soon as I can, I will spare no effort to return.

We stayed for 10 days in Marcelo's apartment. All was in line with the advertised. The location is excellent, very clean, quiet and safe building and apartment, very close to the sea, you can see the sea and hear the waves of the balcony, close to restaurants, markets, pharmacies, and everything in the Centrinho de Canasvieiras, which has many options to eat and drink both in the Centrinho and on the beach, we did everything by foot. How good gauchos we made good barbecues at the AP BBQ! I want to thank Elizabeth and her husband. Dear people who have treated us with great affection and care and provided a great stay. We love to meet them.
