The suite consists of a kitchen with utensils, minibar, microwave, electric stove, a double bed and a very comfortable spring mattress, the bathroom has a very good electric shower. It has air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and smart TV. Anyway, everything for a great stay 60 meters from the sand. It comfortably accommodates 2 people, but can accommodate 3 as long as you let us know beforehand when there will be an increase, except for children up to 10 years old.

The suite is located on the ground floor and because it is all made of wood, the noise of footsteps from the upstairs suite can be heard. It does not have a garage.

The house is set in a charming quiet forest and hidden from the hustle and bustle, where we have the privilege of listening to the pleasant sound of birds of the region, with the nature around it and a beautiful view of the sea. For those who like to shake, just go for the Lagoa da Conceição. At 50 mtrs from the house there is a market, an excellent bakery, restaurants for lunch and dinner, pizzerias, more ahead there are food trucks with live music and children's playground, gas station, banks.
