Vacation rentals with beach access in Fiume Versilia

We had a lovely week in viareggio the apartment is lovely and in a great location, the host is very helpful and friendly.

I stay at Luca's in April 2025, the apartment was cozy and close to everything. it had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Luca communicated regularly and met me as soon as my train arrived. He gave me great restaurants recommendations and the things to do and see. Luca's place is a hidden gem in the beautiful Cinque Terre. I would recommend this apartment from anyone visiting the Cinque Terre.

Very nice small flat in Le Grazie. The flat is situated with a view to the harbour and the sea. Good restaurants, bars, bakery and grocery store nearby. Flat is clean and cozy, but is in 2 parts, where the kitchen (which is rather big) and the bathrum (which is very small) is on the other side of a small hall, which you have to pass going from the livingroom to the kitchen/bathroom.

Best location. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if possible. Easy check-in process. Clean apartment. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay in Riomaggiore! Kelly met us at the station and took us to the apartment, giving us a small tour on the way which was very helpful. The apartment was lovely and the view was amazing. Location was perfect as well. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Would 100% recommend!

Casa Dena is a wonderful apartment. The view from the balcony is stunning,breathtaking. Bathroom is renovated and beautiful. Kitchen is well equipped and easy to make food. Beds are comfortable. Near the apartment there are restaurants. We really enjoyed to stay here. Caroline was very helpful and friendly and she sent very good information with many pictured how to find the way artment. We can highly recommend this apartment!

The house is tidy, clean. Mariangela immediately welcomed us with very clear directions and warm welcome to the house. The location is great, the house is equipped with any comfort. We had a great time! Highly recommended!

This was our favorite Airbnb yet! Rosanna and Salvatore were so kind and communicative. They met us at check in, showed us around the apartment, and gave plenty of recommendations for our stay. This Airbnb was a DREAM. The views are unreal, and we loved the ability to sit in the sun or the privacy of the shade in the garden. We spent many hours watching the sea and the amazing sunsets. It was so clean and smelled wonderful on arrival. Cannot say enough good things. We cannot wait to book it again!

it was a very good place and location

The apartment is ideal for a family of 4. There's nothing missing as the other reviews have already described. Frederica was always available and very helpful when questions came up in the first few days. We also enjoyed the large, beautiful garden and often met the two dogs, the cat and the three turtles there. The bikes are suitable for short distances within Marina. Many thanks also to Cristina, who was also always hospitable and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

This home is a wonderful blend of old and new, and the view is even better in real life! It was exactly what we needed - and more - for our family vacation. The multiple floors gave our group lots of privacy and respite. Corniglia as a town felt the most authentic and we enjoyed getting to know the locals. We will be back!

Very positive experience. Well organized and clean house, close to the sea but far from the noise of the center. I'd love to come back if I'm in the area. Only flaw: it may not be easy to find parking, despite being paid everywhere. We parked and didn't move the car again.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Would definitely recommend! The house was very clean and if you like the classic Tuscany style, You’ll feel right at home. The view from the balcony is also a gift to wake up to.

A fairytale house, overlooking the sea with wonderful views from every window. Tastefully furnished on every corner, very characteristic with its 4 rooms on 4 floors. The sea view balcony with direct access makes it special even if you want to spend some time at home in peace. The location is more than excellent, very close to the central square but sheltered by the street go. Finally, Lola is a very kind and helpful owner. We didn't want to leave!!!

We loved our stay at La Marina! The house was immaculate and exactly like the photos, extremely well equipped. The location couldn’t be better, so close to the beach and the pineta park, as well as tons of amenities. We also really enjoyed the garden, which was a lovely spot to have breakfast and dinner. Monica was a wonderful host - responsive, friendly and very knowledgeable. She catered to the fact there were 2 young children. We had a fantastic stay and I would absolutely recommend both Monica and her place!

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Sarah's apartment in Portovenere. From the moment we booked, Sarah was friendly, approachable and always quick to respond to any questions or queries that we had. Making the whole experience smoot and stress-free. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless, comfortable and perfectly located, with absolutely stunning views of the bay. Waking up to that view every morning was a real highlight of our stay. The location was ideal for fully exploring not just Portovenere but La Spezia and the Cinque Terre. However, because it is slightly tucked away from the main village it was peaceful enough to fully relax and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. What made our stay even more special was Sarah's invitation to lunch at her vineyard on the bank holiday. It was a unique and memorable experience. It really showed how much care and attention Sarah puts into making her guests feel welcome. We highly recommend staying here and we'll definitely be back.

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

Grazie Mille Super Luigi😉!! We just had a great stay in Viareggio with my wife and our 2 children. And the apartment offered by Gianmarco is a big part of it!! The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! This is a lovely spot for exploring the towns of Cinque Terre. Ilenia was an exceptional host offering us great information and recommendations. The space is small but cozy. The stone wall gives it so much character. Super comfortable bed. Totally walkable to everything the town offers. One thing to note is that the stairway leading up to the space is very steep but I think that is to be expected in this area. One other small thing -there were not many amenities provided like other other Airbnbs but we didn't mind. If you forget anything, there is a store within a 2min walk.

The apartment was beyond amazing—truly exceeded our expectations! We're incredibly grateful to our host for their genuine care and attention to detail—everything was thoughtfully arranged. The apartment has two terraces, both offering breathtaking views of the marina (just like in the photos). The location couldn't be better—right in a charming little seaside town. We were also impressed by the peace and quiet, yet if you're in the mood for some buzz, the town center with its cafes and bars is just a few minutes’ walk away. Ferries to Cinque Terre also leave from the marina nearby. The apartment is cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is very responsible and attentive.
