It's our third time at Stephen's place, it feels almost like a second home to us! The house is always clean and peaceful and the host who welcomed us was very kind as always. Stephen is always responsive and helped us when we needed help! Definitely reccomended if you need a place to stay in Lucca!

The apartment is spacious, bright, clean, and very comfortable. Live is even better than photography. The windows are new, in November there was almost no need to turn on the heater. Large, beautiful and comfortable terrace. The view is lovely. To get to the waterfront and the beach, just cross the street, which is not very busy. Easy walking distance to grocery stores, supermarket, the Monday market, restaurants, and public transport stops. Mrs. Maria Caterina is very kind, friendly and professional and if you need you can always count on you, quick and very efficient.

Great apartment, very well served and cared for, we had a great time and everything was tidy. The location is very central close to the center.

Nice stay at the apartment. Shower was exceptionally good and also the opportunity to do some laundry. Good location, quiet. It was especially handy to have some snacks stocked in the apartment after a long day of travel with a baby.

A very pleasant and quiet apartment with a nice welcome touch from the friendly and helpful host. Close to all amenities like shops and restaurants and only a 15 minute walk to the port for the Cinque Terra cruises. Also only a short walk to the railway station.

I cannot recommend this location enough. By far our favorite so far during our trip to Italy!! The view is unparalleled and the place is so comfortable, I could have spent weeks in this space! The terrace as well as the balcony off the main bedroom make this stay an absolute must!! FYI there are lots of stairs! But it’s WELL worth the climb!

We had a wonderful stay in Metato. The cottage was just like the pictures. You always have to keep in mind that it's probably hundreds of years old. The decor is old, but that doesn't have to be wrong. It's the flair up there on the mountain. The beds were pleasant. The place was handed over very, very clean. For children, the animals (donkeys and chickens) as well as the pool are a dream. Dear Letizia explained everything to us and was always available for questions. Definitely recommended.

We will be back! The house is really a fantastic place to stay! It was even nicer in real life than the pictures. The pool was definitely the highlight and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and had all that we needed. The fantastic view was particularly impressive. Also, we got great recommendations for excursions and restaurants. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be happy to come back!

An incredible place with stunning views near the beautiful village of Tellaro. Giada was a great host, she was very helpful, responsive, and welcoming. The property was clean and the kitchen well-equipped. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing stay in Italy.

Giada was a very nice host and welcomed us friendly. We got plenty of tips and inspiration for a nice vacation. Check in and check out was easy and quick! Unfortunately the basement was dusty and a little mouldy. Nevertheless the terrace has a beautiful view with easy access to the sea. The mosquito situation was pretty bad so we recommend to bring protection like a mosquito net.

We stayed 11 very nice days in Elisa's cottage . Even the welcome of Giovanni and his wife Irina was very warm and straightforward! The area is super nice, we were able to make great hikes right from the house, and the quiet location was a dream! The beach was quickly accessible by car and also the mountains in the hinterland of Lucca, which offer great opportunities for hiking! The accommodation was very nicely decorated and cozy , everything you need , we felt completely comfortable!

7 members of us stayed for 2 days. The apartment is clean and tidy and the view is good. The dryer is very useful especially the humidity was quite high. Casper's response is quick and Joke's explaination is very clear. With their instruction, the apartment is very easy to find.

Sabrina was helpful and spent time giving recommendations for the area. The apartment was within walking distance of the center and public beach. It was very handy to have the parking spot available. The apartment was clean and spacious for the two of us.

Our stay at Agostino's was amazing. It is a cute condo with everything you need and right by the waterfront and next to several restaurants. The accommodation was clean and organized, with all the usual amenities you would want. Agostino provided clear checkin instructions and through our stay he was quick to respond to our questions and took the time to look into a potential train strike that could've impacted our travel plans. Tommaso, son of Deborah, welcomed us in a very friendly way. We've always been responsive to our messages. The location of the apartment was very good and so was the apartment itself. Only Wi-Fi and blinds in the bedroom could be improved. Otherwise great, thank you.

We had a wonderful stay over four days in San Terenzo, it really is one of the most beautiful towns of the Italian coast. The beach and esplanade is just a 100 metre walk down the street, where you have everything you need. It is a very family friendly town, with lots of young families and children and great restaurants that cater to all budgets. The added bonus of a car spot, just a 30 metre walk from the Airbnb was fantastic, as we were travelling with our baby and lots of luggage. The apartment is also on the ground floor, which made access very easy. The apartment was spotless and very clean, with a great kitchen, clothes washing machine and dryer. The apartment is on a Main Street, so for people who may be sensitive to noise at night or early morning, just be mindful. The noise did not bother us at all, as we’re used to main road living. We would not hesitate to book and stay again, we have fallen in love with Sean Terenzo.

We had a great stay. Very convenient location and on site parking brilliant. Also close to some very good restaurants.
