Monthly Rentals in Fisher Island

Spacious & beautiful apartment in an excellent location. Felt like being home from the very first day. Very comfy beds. Best communication with owners and rental manager.

We loved this place. I almost don't want to write a good review because we want it available for next year. But kidding aside it was great. Every morning they are cleaning every elevator and the lobby. The lobby was immaculate. The whole staff in the building was extremely friendly and helpful. We had several packages arrive during our stay and the gentlemen in receiving were great. Jose by the back door was very friendly and we had some nice conversation. Now for the place itself it was great. The balcony was tremendous, and we enjoyed our time spent out on the balcony. The views were great as well. The place was very clean throughout. The kitchen was great and they had plenty of pots, pans pates glasses etc. It was very convenient having a washer and dryer as we were there for 5 weeks. The on suite was very spacious including the shower. So overall you can tell we were very satisfied and the communication with their whole team was quick responding. We will be back!

I have been hosted here a couple of times and it is always great. Friendly hosts and excellent location with easy access to stores and restaurants. Just a couple minutes walk to the 41st or 42nd street beach access! Surprisingly quite even with the proximity to the busy 41st/ICD intersection.

I dont often do airbnbs. We have stayed in the apartment during my sons birth. Michael is always responsive within asap. The apartment had everything we needed. It was very clean. The building is very exclusive, staff was one of the best i encountered. Great service. Location is very very good, quiet and accesible.
