Two extra plusses that stood out were the stunning rooftop balcony and very efficient aircon in every room. But be prepared if you are less fit the stair in Corniglia are a challenge! The apartment has everything you could want - old Italian charm

We stayed two nights with two children. Functional apartment equipped with everything you need, clean and tidy. Great location, friendly hosts, helpful and easily available.

The apartment was as described in the ad, clean, everything worked, shower was good, beds comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space and kitchen was fine. Great location in the centre of Levanto on a shopping street on the 2nd floor, but not noisey and all you need really close, shops, supermarket, resteraunts, railway station and beach. There are steep stairs up to the apartment, but we had no problem with them. Antonella was very helpful and responsive. Overall we had a great stay and are already thinking of coming back. Kelly and Yuri were so communicative! They went out of their way to welcome us, feed us information, restaurant recommendations, suggestions on what to do - and they got us local pricing on a number of activities. The sunset cruise with Capitan Pepe was epic, beautiful and hilarious. The pace is up some steep stairs, but way closer to the water and town center than many other places. The beds were very comfortable and the linens felt new and fresh. The pillows were varied and perfect. We so appreciated the well-enough stocked kitchen. Eating out can get crazy expensive, so being able to cook meals was essential for us.

We loved our stay at this beautiful Airbnb. Amazing location, easy to get to from train station. Hosts were extremely responsive/helpful (even assisted with making us dinner reservations one night). We moved kitchen chairs in front of the window and enjoyed evenings with a bottle of wine with the fresh air and beautiful views. Would stay again.

We had a great vacation in Giampaolo's house! He helped us to get a tent in the bagno across the street and was very helpful and always responded promptly. Great location with small shops close by.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

Giovanni’s place was perfect for our needs. Close to everything in Monterosso, equipped with all niceties, and very comfortable. Our trip was to celebrate or 50th birthdays, and Giovanni gifted us a lovely bottle of red to help us celebrate. Thank you for an unforgettable first stop on our 50’s trip!

Matteo was a great host and has been very kind and responsive before arrival and during our stay. The house is very charming as in the pictures description and close to the beach and restaurants. We were there end of may and was a bit cold, but he provided blankets to keep us warm. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay in Lavagna in Alessandro's apartment, tastefully furnished, with quality equipment, spacious and very comfortable. The people in the neighborhood where we stayed were very friendly and we felt comfortable right away. There is a baker and a fresh pasta caterer a few meters from the apartment which are a real plus. Alessandro was good-natured, very friendly and answered all our questions quickly, whether about the accommodation or activities in the area. We'll go back for sure.

Perfect welcome extremely clean and pleasant accommodation with a view of the sunrise and very responsive and accommodating host the only negative is the access only on foot not easy when you are loaded but the alleys are very pleasant to walk to park there is an easy access and secure paid parking there are free places but not always free we had a pleasant stay Thank you very much in Alessia for this accommodation

Apartment in a great location, a 3-minute walk to the beach and the bus stop. Very quiet area away from noise, a place with a very comfortable and large bed (not a sofa bed), a kitchen area with everything you need, a large and functional bathroom (it was just a few more hangers), an outdoor area with a view of the port of Venus. Garage below. Porto venere reachable comfortably on foot. Gentle owners, in a way, neat and available. A great location for a vacation.

We had already been to Lavagna in the past few years,but staying in the hotel. Having recently had our third child,they needed a place in a comfortable location,facing the sea and with all the comforts,elevator included. We had an excellent value for money,a nice spacious apartment,equipped with everything you need for a large family like ours. Everything perfectly working,from the TV,to the coffee machine,washing machine, various appliances. In addition, there were very nice books for children and small children. The rooms are very spacious and airy,with a huge balcony that goes around the house,Claudio on our arrival made us find various snacks for breakfast, coffee pods and fresh drinks. What can I say,really an available person,courteous and in a way,also very flexible for check-in and check-out. We will definitely return to Stay at Claudio's, ours was a super pleasant experience!!

We were so pleased with our choice to stay here! The place was great, good layout and enough space for my husband and I and 2 teenagers to all have our space. The location was amazing, the town is beautiful and the balcony is key! You could see people walking by and looking up like they wish they were staying there. We felt pretty lucky and the weather even cooperated to get a couple legit beach days...which was conveniently right outside our front door. You can walk everywhere and the train station is literally a 2 minute walk. Very accessible to the other 4 towns either by enjoying one of the many gorgeous hikes or the easy access train system.

Beautiful apartment, great balcony with sea view

The apartment is well located in a quiet alley, away from the hustle and bustle of the main street. All kitchen utensils are available for cooking yourself. The terraces with the fantastic view over the bay especially distinguish this place. The rooftop terrace could be made a little more cozy (e.g. seat cushions). All in all, we liked it very much, recommendation goes out!
