Townhome vacation rentals in Fernhill

I recently stayed at this beautiful house and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, with shops and restaurants conveniently nearby. One thing to note is the staircase, which I wasn't aware of beforehand. . . .with the luggage , i struggled..... The host needs attention to the kitchen provisions specially salt and pepper and oil etc...

Very nice place - 10ish minute walk to the town center (with some uphill coming back) and short walk to a couple different hiking trails. Beautiful views of the lake

Absolutely gorgeous views where you can sit back in the lounge with a tea and enjoy the views. Beautiful, private area. It is still easy walking distance to the main town area to access restaurants and also across the road to the bus stop which takes you to Arrowtown and the airport.

This is our third time back to Villa Neve and we love it as much now as we did the first time we ever set eyes on that spectacular view! The view is breath taking, house is so cosy and warm, has everything you need, great location - short drive to everything. Cosy, high quality beds and linen. Well equipped kitchen. Great hosts, great communication. We adore Queenstown and can’t wait for our next trip to Villa Neve

Amazing stay. The views are picture perfect, the amenities are great with well stocked pantry/kitchen and it was very sweet that Rebecca caters for children with cot, high chair and toys/books all ready on check-in. Thanks for the hospitality!

We spent 5 terrific days in Maggie’s house. It was clean, spacious, well appointed, and well stocked. The views are gorgeous from nearly all of the rooms in the house, there is a large deck, and a nice fireplace with plenty of wood. The fresh flowers were a very nice touch. Maggie responded to all questions promptly and with helpful suggestions. It is a nice walk down into town and a pretty strenuous hike back up to the house but Uber is always an option to get home. There is a lot to do in this beautiful part of New Zealand and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves (highly recommend a hot air balloon ride and hiking some of the local trails). We would love to return to this property in the future.

Daniel’s place was bigger than I expected and so close and accessible to everything we wanted to see and do in central Queenstown. The accommodation was clean and tidy and well equipped. Definitely recommended!

Highly recommended. Awesome place to stay - very private, lots of space, beautiful view from lounge room. Huge garage for cars and storage. Will definitely stay again when back in Queenstown.

We hired both the units. Both were beautifully appointed, clean, warm, welcoming. We were all so comfortable and relaxed and the owners were very facilitating. Thank you ! We will be back.

Amazing stay for 6 days, close to CBD and Coronet Peak. Had all the amenities needed for basic cooking and living. The house was warm and cozy, kept us healthy during winter and after spending all day on the mountain. Would come back again.

Mark's place is about a 20 minute walk from Queenstown, about 7 minutes, there is a bus stop and supermarket nearby.These are still convenient for car-free families.The space is small, but it is clean and the kitchen is complete.Mark used a lot of thought in many details.It was cold in Queenstown this spring and we all had diarrhea, but Mark enthusiastically offered a therapeutic drug plan and the name of a pharmacy that allowed us to be treated in time.All in all, Mark's place is convenient and hygienic, and would consider staying here next time you come to Queenstown.

A nice house that is surrounded by beautiful nature. A short distance from the scenic locations and the Queenstown city centre. The house is well equipped, parking is easy. The toilets has nice floor warming. Will highly recommend it.

Great location. Town was a 2minute walk away, and only a quick drive to the mountain. Good parking too. Lots of board games and host was very responsive for tips. We like to cook at home, and the kitchen was well equipped. Cheers Katie - Matt from Los Angeles.

Amazing vista views of the surrounding lake and mountains. Fully equipped kitchen. The property is on a very steep hilly area, so it would be a struggle to walk up from the city centre.

WE had a wonderful weekend. it was great that the king beds could be split into singles beds as it allowed 6 guys to be comfortable. pool and tennis areas were great. We will definitely book again.

Couldn’t find a better view or a more lovely property! Beautifully furnished, close proximity to everything, and plenty of room for our family of 6. Host responded quickly to any questions we had and provided many suggestions for local restaurants and activities. Plus a garage and a fantastic outdoor deck to enjoy each morning/evening!

We loved it here. Great location a short walk from town centre and everything you would need in the apartment.

My Mum and Dad, Husband, 2 kids and I stayed in this property for 5 nights and it was perfect! In walking distance of the marathon start line too! It was warm, clean, tidy, and had everything we needed for our stay. Just a short stroll into the village, or just down the hill to the river. So peaceful, we loved it and will be booking again!
