Our place is only suitable for those willing to make a 10 minute walk uphill to enter into a totally private world of its own. A breathtaking view of the Alps, rose garden, pond, six hectares of park and forest shared only with your hosts. The abundant spring fed water is its most precious secret and the sound of water is ever present. As the upstairs apartment IS NOT HEATED from October through April we put two single beds in the large living room to accommodate a total of four guests.

It will be possible to benefit from the Cascina products such as berries, jams, juices, saffron, honey and vegetables.

Relax in beautiful and scenic Italy. Our humble studio apartment offers expansive views of Lago Maggiore and mountains. The area is quiet and peaceful. Private lake access is a 10 minute walk. If you'd like to walk to Stresa, we recommend first driving 3 minutes and starting up the hill (23 min total / avoids steps). Please note: You will have to walk through our upstairs living room (8m distance total) while we wait for approvals to build external stairs.

Large apartment on the ground floor of a vintage villa with a garden, overlooking the lake and a stone's throw from the city center of Omegna. It consists of a large entrance hall, an original vintage kitchen from the 1960s, a living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry room. The garden from which you can access the lake directly is also available for guests to access the lake directly. Private parking available.
