I had a great stay here with my daighter and german shepherd. It was great to have the beach all to ourselves every morning by walking just a block over. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and the greenery outside was wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

The house is super cute and spotless. It was very comfortable and stocked with everything you’d need! Yvonne is so responsive and has done such a good job setting up the house for guests. The backyard area was so nice for relaxing. The only downside to the location is that there is no designated parking and there is a lot of traffic up and down the street pretty consistently all weekend. People seem to park in the neighborhood to walk to the beach, and we were never able to park in front of the house. At one point, we left and had to park several streets over when we returned. (This is obviously no fault of the owner) Overall, we had a fabulous weekend!

Very grateful for such a quiet and peaceful place to spend with family, GORGEOUS VIEWS! Very clean, one of the cleanest we have ever seen. You can tell how intentional and considerate the hosts are, as the home so very well kept and clean. Hope to stay again soon!

We had the most amazing stay with our newborn & dog. Walkable to a number of restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach, and a short drive to the cliff walks. We loved being able to put the baby down to sleep in the dark bedroom & eat dinner in the peaceful backyard. Plus, the fenced yard made it easy to let our dog out to go potty (it’s the little things!). We are eager to stay here again!

Sarah’s house was exactly what we were looking for. Very clean, comfortable and decorated well. The proximity to the ocean was an extra bonus and we enjoyed walking there each morning with coffee in hand. My 11 yr old niece LOVED the reading nook in the downstairs bedroom. The entire house was comfy especially the beds, kitchen well stocked for cooking and extra linens, towels, beach towels, and beach gear on hand. No A/C, but you get a cool ocean breeze all day long that keeps the noise to a comfortable temp. We have stayed at a handful of air bnb’s and this is our favorite. Wish we could have stayed longer. My daughter and I had a lovely stay at Shirley's home in Mountain View. I was working remotely during the entire week while she was at her day camp, and found that this house was very comfortable and clean, while also within close walking distance to Mountain Views nice downtown area that is filled with restaurants. We would love to have the privilege of staying here again in the future.

We had a wonderful time! Dog and kid friendly. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely Perfect Santa Cruz Getaway! My recent stay at this charming Santa Cruz home was fantastic! If you seek convenience and relaxation, this is it. The location was unbeatable – just a short stroll to the iconic Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, making access to rides, games, and the beach effortless. No parking worries! The hot tub was a true highlight. After a day of exploring, soaking in the warm, clean water under the stars was the perfect way to unwind and added a luxurious touch. The home itself was cozy and beautifully decorated, making us feel instantly at home. The kitchen was well-equipped, beds comfortable, and ample space for all. Host communication was excellent – responsive, friendly, and clear. We had a memorable time and are already planning our next visit. This Santa Cruz gem is a must-book for a relaxing, convenient, and enjoyable vacation. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

Linda and Bob are wonderful hosts. We love their beautiful studio. The location is an amazing and we felt very safe and secure. Their property is a beautiful vineyard and the pool is right outside the studio. Lots of walkable paths, and our dogs Loved it. We will be back!

Very nice little apartment and one of our favorite places! The bed is super comfortable which was important to us. The kitchen is well-stocked, full refrigerator, and had a Keurig with coffee. We liked being away from downtown, but still conveniently located.

Place is exactly as described. Glad we asked about the heated pool and got it heated during our stay. June was still chilly at night and would have made the pool too cold to swim in for mots of the day without heating. Place was clean and exactly as described.

My working week in California was perfect. Everything is easily accessible by car. I was able to work wonderfully in peace and quiet. The view and nature are wonderful.

Stayed here for a weekend to attend a wedding. Devora was very helpful and friendly and made sure my stay was comfortable and seamless. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous and I found lots of things to do in the area. The space had everything I needed, couldn’t have asked for better hosts! 100% would come return.

Place was great! Small, but that was great for us. Loved that it came with the bikes, surfboards, hot tub, fire pit, etc. we used everything! Evan was very responsive to questions and helpful with recommendations.

Gabriel is a super friendly and responsive host. His home is nestled amongst the trees, and you really get to enjoy it with so many windows and sliding doors that open out to all the nature. The main room was perfect for our family and friends to hang out in. Short walk to Cat and Cloud for morning coffee, New Leaf for groceries, and Penny’s for some ice cream. For mobility, there are quite a few level changes and gravel paths to navigate, just fyi.

The Night & Day Cabin is a gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt immersed in nature while still enjoying the comfort of a beautifully designed space. The cabin is thoughtfully decorated with beautiful wood work all around making it so unique. The bed was incredibly comfortable also. One of the highlights was the outdoor space it’s perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or stargazing at night. The location is also fantastic secluded enough to feel private, yet close to great spots like downtown and the beach. Kristin was wonderful and so quick to answer any and all questions! Highly recommend!

Was a great option for close proximity to the Google campus which is where we needed to be. Neighborhood seemed to be safe and walkable. It’s evident they are very involved with the beautiful landscaping and gardening on/around the property therefore notable tree pollen/allergens during the spring time. Overall a cute, cozy, and darling stay!

Really great place to stay! The AC unit was wonderful and kept us cool despite the heat wave! Clean and comfortable stay all in all. Loved getting to walk past the garden every morning.
