Family-friendly vacation rentals in Faversham

What a hidden gem of a place! We feel so lucky to have found Stable Oak Cottages and to have spent New Year there with our family celebrating our sons 18th. The place was gorgeous and the hot tub such a treat! The alpacas were great entertainment and the luxurious little touches from bath robes and sliders, to home baked bread and muffins were just wonderful. Highly recommend.

My friends and I had a great stay! The place had everything we needed, the beds were really comfortable, and the hot tub was a perfect touch that made our trip even more special. The host was friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

We were a family party of 7 who meet up the same time each year. This accommodation was just perfect - literally had anything you need. We were lucky with the weather and managed to have 2 BBQ in the lovely garden. Would definitely stay here again

Victoria’s house was amazing. A group of us stayed for a walking weekend and was the perfect spot to walk to Dungeness and back. The rear access to the dunes and the beach was incredible. Victoria is an amazing host and was helpful and responsive all the way. Would definitely recommend.

Despite only staying for the one night, my friends and I had such a brilliant stay at Claire’s home! It was the perfect place to relax, have a laugh and take a break! The home has a unique and welcoming layout, with our favourite of the rooms being the “upstairs” living area with possibly the biggest, most comfortable sofa we’ve ever seen! The hot tub was a welcome addition and was extremely easy to operate and enjoy! Claire and her family were fantastic hosts, super responsive to messages and offered helpful advice. Couldn’t fault the home, the host or the stay! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a two night stay in 'The Dairy'. Lovely place. Clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Great views from the hot tub (enjoyed watching the local horses rolling in the morning!) Straight forward check in with no problems. Only suggestion would be a hook or two in the bathroom - there wasnt much space for toothbrushes/wash bag for 4 people. But really cant fault it. Would recommend. Thanks.

Such a beautiful property, surrounded by peaceful countryside and at the end of a country road so there was no passing traffic. A quintessential English period property, beautifully and tastefully decorated with everything that you need for a wonderful stay. Lisa was delightful, excellent communication and warm with her welcome. The beds were comfortable and everywhere clean and tidy. The barn also lovely and our extended family enjoyed staying there. The garden truly beautiful and in May after a warm start to the year so many flowers were in bloom, roses and wisteria around the front door and lilac along the pathway. Excellent seating on the terrace ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks, we just wish our time there was less frantic, would love to return and slow down to enjoy this perfect rental. A lovely, comfortable cottage. All mod cons with benefit of the old cottage vibe. Well maintained, private, great location for local pub/shop/days out. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We had a lovely short break here as a family of four with two teens and a dog. The accommodation is compact but nicely done, well furnished and equipped. Beds and hot tub were immaculate. Aiden recommended the Folkestone harbour arm and local Cliff View Cafe, both of which we visited and enjoyed. We really enjoyed the WW2 tunnels at Dover Castle too. Would definitely recommend.

We’ve just got back from the most wonderful weekend at Winchelsea Beach, Anne Rebecca’s Airbnb is perfect for a quiet break, right next to the sea. I have been visiting Winchelsea for over 50 years and I think this was one of my most favourite stays. The location is amazing, quiet and pretty the accommodation faultless and well maintained and great provisions inside and out host was lovely. Thank you Anne Rebecca, we loved it and will most definitely be back.

Had a lovely few days over May bank holiday with friends and their 2 young kids. Being 7mths pregnant it was great to be so close to the beach too. Lovely little house, would recommend

Great stay. Everything was as described and there were even toys and books for children. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Only a short walk down to the seafront. Easy to park along the road.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was lovely—spotlessly clean, cosy but modern and very well equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. We especially appreciated the helpful local guide they provided—it made exploring the area so much easier and more enjoyable. A short walk from the beach and just 10mins from Rye town centre. We will definitely be back.

Abigail’s place is charming, full of character and located in a very peaceful street. We felt at home straight away with a lovely bright, well-stocked kitchen, comfy bed and coffee machine. It was close to the seafront and also the beating heart of Ramsgate with a Waitrose just around the corner - you couldn’t ask for a better spot. We loved our visit to Ramsgate and would definitely stay at Abigail’s lovely home again. Thank you!

Nice stay! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, thoughtfully laid out, well equipped, and so close to great walks and heritage sites. The kids loved the indoor pool. The chalet is probably meant to be enjoyed best in warmer weather but Neil provided enough space heaters to keep warm. The electricity is run on coin meter- took about 6-7£ for 2 days in February, could probably get away with half of that in warmer months.

We’ve had the best time. The barn is very beautiful surrounded but the most beautiful garden. The place was very idyllic for a weekend escape. The location is a short drive from Dungeness. Rye and Folkestone . The pool and hot tub were added bonus. Thank you so much for a wonderful break.

We spent a lovely week at Alison's farm. Beautiful location near charming Ticehurst and Wadhurst (both have good Pubs), incredible views across open countryside and hills from the heated outdoor pool, which our daughter loved. Slides, swings and a trampoline bonus points with kids. Alison was friendly and helpful. The Shed itself is warm and comfortable, kitchen is kitted out for basic meals, and the two ensuite bathrooms are super spacious and have good showers with hot water plus bathtubs. There is so much to do in the area from beautiful walks, tastings at vineyards, to cyclyng in Bedgbury, boating in Bewl Water and seaside beauties Rye and Camber in the vicinity.

We had a great stay here. Perfect for the group of 11 we had. Plenty of space very clean and tidy as just as stunning as the photos

What a wonderful stay we had at the cottage. Fantastic location near Ashford, the grounds of the cottage are stunning, pool bigger than we thought and we were very lucky with the weather so could use it all 3 days. Of the amenities we used to great effect; - Pool - Garden - Especially for our black Lab - BBQ - Fire Place - Kitchen for full breakfast We would definitely stay again, host was super responsive, answered all our questions and we didn't want for anything. We were quite a decent sized group, 2 couples, 2 toddlers and a big Labrador, but could easily have another couple stay in the 3rd double room (that we didn't use). We also got an Ocado delivery to the cottage on our first evening and it was delivered no fuss. Great stay.. A+

Pekes is a perfect weekend get away. Set in Sussex countryside far from the madding crowd. With facilities on the door: swimming pool and jacuzzi. We stayed at Tudor View which has stunning views and was a comfortable living space for the five of us. Thank you Pekes Team.

An absolutely beautiful house in a gorgeous location. We had a lovely weekend with walks up and down the coast and a short drive to a great pub for Sunday lunch. Maggie was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely love to stay again.
