Dream home (Nicola - I - (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) “Villa Dolce” is a large and architecturally valuable home, surrounded by a very large park in the "heart of the Prosecco area" just a 45-minute drive from Venice and 60 minutes from Cortina D'Ampezzo. A warm and welcoming home on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend relaxing moments and a dream vacation. The accommodation: You will have 1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other bedroom with "French" bed and toilet, living room with fireplace in Louis XV style, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is present only in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. In the garden: you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to dine outdoors or simply read a good book, sitting in a comfortable deckchair, while your children play in complete serenity. Separate Men's and Women's bathrooms Annex: Inside the annex you will find a fireplace where you can "grill" (barbecue) and spend pleasant evenings, sitting at the table, in complete relaxation; a cook is available on request. About: The property is located in the center of the Prosecco DOCG area and is particularly convenient for reaching Venice, which is 45 minutes away, or Cortina d'Ampezzo which is 60 minutes away. Guests will have to pay the tourist tax at the time of check-in: €1 per person per day for a maximum of five days of stay, excluding children under 14 years of age. Villa Dolce is appreciated by elegant and refined people who travel, looking for a unique and valuable location, to better appreciate the local food and wine and the beauty of our country. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

Ivan was incredibly proactive in supplying information about the apartment and responding almost immediately to our inquiries. The apartment was very easy to access with the keypad codes provided well in advance of our arrival. The location was incredible, close to restaurants, beautiful squares and shopping. We found the apartment to be very clean and quiet. I wish we had more than one night that we could've spent in Padua, especially since Ivan's apartment felt like home! Wonderful stay in an absolutely beautiful city!

Super helpful host, typical mountain house equipped with everything you need: super relaxing area surrounded by greenery and suitable for families with small children for extreme tranquility.
