A wonderful place in a great location with stunning views! The beds are super cozy, and the small mountain village ensures perfect relaxation. Especially nice: The garden is ideal for a relaxing barbecue evening. Emanuela was extremely trusting and warm – we felt completely comfortable. Clear recommendation!

This is a fabulous apartment in a wonderful location only a short walk from the historic centre of Bologna. Clean and elegantly furnished, it’s like staying in a home rather than a holiday let and somewhere we looked forward to coming back to after a day of sightseeing, especially to sit on the terrace with a glass of wine. Christina and Carolina were charming and super helpful hosts - always quick to respond to messages and help with booking taxis etc. It really was the most perfect place to stay whilst visiting Bologna.

I had a wonderful stay at Gina's. When I arrived they very kindly picked me up from the station which I was super grateful for. The house was beautiful with traditional interiors. The town is very peaceful and the views from the garden were beautiful! I would reccomend to anyone wanting to get away from a busy city break, perfect for relaxing! Gina was a great host and answered all my questions very quickly and I felt if I needed anything I could happily reach out to her.

we stayed at this place for 4 nights, 1 couple with a baby and myself parents. it was wonderful and the hosts are very polite and nice, Gabe us lots of tasty sweet basket of food to welcome us. the apartment is wonderful and very v recommend!

We had a wonderful 12 days in Monsummano. The house is ideally located for exploring Tuscany. The location is just great! Good restaurants, ice cream parlors and cafes can be reached on foot. We highly recommend the place and communication with Daniele was great!! Thanks for a great stay! 👌😀👍

A beautiful villa with exceptional views to the hills and valley. Various oudoor areas. Private location however close to sights and amenities. Cafes and restaurants not far however not walking distance, best accessed by own car. Electric bikes were available for sightseeing. Fantastic host, always responsive and helpful. Can warmly recommend.

Our stay at Giacomo's was very nice. We were a group of 6 and had good space in and around the house. The kitchen had everything relevant, the beds are comfortable and the garden is mega large and beautiful. Giacomo and his parents are very nice people, we even received a cake which was very very tasty. Giacomo also gave us tips for the area and accommodated our needs. We thank Giacomo and his parents for the lovely stay!

Daniele (host) made us feel home - Really open and helpful. The house was clean and well equipped, and lived up to our expectations.

We had a wonderful time at Marina's beautiful house! The children all absolutely loved the pool, and we have everything we needed in the house for living comfortably. The views are spectacular! And with Lucca only a short drive away we were spoiled for choice with things to do. Marina and Paulo were very friendly and helpful, with local recommendations and booking restaurants etc. It's definitely a holiday we'll remember and I would 100% recommend staying here! As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

This beautiful property on the outskirts of Lucca was perfect for our 3 couples. Driving our large van was a challenge on the small roads, but the countryside was beautiful and quiet.

Anna’s apartment was absolutely dreamy it felt like stepping back in time. She paid attention to even the tiniest details, carefully preserving original paints and walls, which gave the space a truly unique glamour. Anna herself was so friendly, flexible, and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. It was the perfect weekend getaway to detox and unwind from busy city life. Highly recommend!

We have enjoyed the stay in the house! It's in a beautiful spot. Is complete with a lovely bed. The view is phenomenal! Within walking distance is a nice and authentic restaurant. Luca, La Spezia but also the local pictures in the area are nice to visit. The hostess speaks several languages, is always ready to help and has nice tips about the area.

The country house is beautiful and well maintained. Easy to reach by car and located in a very quiet area. Tommaso was very kind, the house was clean and tidy and there was everything you needed. Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in Lucca at Patrizia's flat. It was very well appointed and the kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood is great with restaurants, groceries, etc., all within easy walking distance. Patrizia was very helpful in getting us a car booked to take us very early from Lucca to the Florence Airport. We would definitely stay here again.

The place has the most gorgeous views and it is absolutely quiet - except for bird song. Perfect for relaxation. I went swimming in the pool every morning. We were able to explore Northern Tuscany, using La Lavanda as a base. One just has to be prepared for a pretty scary drive up and down the mountain. But one gets used to it. Sabrina welcomed us and was really, really helpful. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place in a beautiful location. Several well-kept and restored accommodations with passion and expertise, immersed in greenery overlooking the valleys between Romagna and Tuscany. Perfect whether you want to relax or walk through villages and woods. Highly recommended.

We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and felt immediately at home. With loving details, it became noticeable how important it is for Nadia and Giacomo to give their guests a nice time. For example, there was freshly stocked coffee powder and a bottle of in-house olive oil for use. The place was very clean and well maintained and we were invited to contact them several times if we have any questions or we need anything. At the same time, however, privacy was very respected and we just felt comfortable. The pool was even specially covered and cleaned for us, although it would not have been accessible until May 15th according to the listing. We spent wonderful days in the middle of the most beautiful nature and we lacked nothing.

This is a wonderful place which was absolutely perfect for our special family holiday. We felt very welcome and at home. Pierluigi was great, a super host. He always responded promptly and his local knowledge was invaluable. He put us in touch with Chef Nicole, who cooked a superb meal, which we would highly recommend. The house is spacious, tastefully furnished with a rustic charm. The views are stunning and the swimming pool is the cherry on top. Overall, fantastic!

Carolina’s beautiful Villa and the Rose Cottage, where we stayed, are well kept and beautifully renovated. Reception was very nice and easy, and the location is splendid for those who like to get out of the busy Florence. The garden is beautiful in May! The bed was nice and the bathroom very clean. Breakfast was great and served in the Villa. Even though May offers warm weather, we did not get a dip in the nice pool. We got recommendations for two really good restaurants in the neighborhood that we visited - and we were not disappointed. On top of this, Carolina and her mother Monica were very nice and pleasant hosts. I would highly recommend a stay at Carolinas place!
