Vacation rentals with breakfast in Fairfield

Conveniently located close to the freeway. It was very hot and the pool was great, my grandson had a blast swimming! The bed in the master bedroom was really high and had to climb up due to having 2 box springs under the mattress but was fine for us, might be difficult for someone with mobility problems. House was clean and comfortable!

Our 2 night stay was very pleasant-and we were able to get a 30 min early check in -the neighborhood was very quiet- the air conditioner worked well but was kind of loud when turning off and on during the night. Will plan on staying again. The host was very easy to communicate with.

My husband and I had a wonderful week-long stay (May 22-29). The place was very clean and welcoming, with fresh bedding and plenty of towels waiting in each bedroom. One bedroom got bright in the morning, but the other was perfect. Beds were soft and cozy - not firm like I usually prefer, but comfortable and a great night's rest. The laundry setup was excellent once we figured it out! We initially couldn't access it, but the hosts responded quickly with clear directions. The modern Samsung washer/dryer had lots of helpful features. Guaranteed parking in the driveway was convenient. Kitchen came well-stocked with coffee, tea, and Brita pitcher. The shared outdoor area was pleasant but needed seating - I bought a camp chair and enjoyed the shade. Highway noise is noticeable but not overwhelming (we're used to it living near a highway in Georgia). Inside it's just gentle white noise. Loved the original artwork throughout. We felt very comfortable and plan to stay again!

Michael was responsive, patient, kind, and endearing. The home was very elegant, pristine, and safe. I felt very comfortable, and extended during my trip. I will be returning.

We had a great stay! The house was fantastic! We felt so at home and had everything we needed. The hosts were very proactive with us, always keeping us informed. We would definitely stay here again!

This was probably our favorite Airbnb ever! It exuded quiet, simplicity and comfort, and was thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. Everything was accessible, clean and welcoming. The refrigerator and cabinets were well-stocked with food, dishes, cookware, gadgets and appliances. Pamela provided clear instructions for using appliances, recycling, leaving, etc., including "Help yourselves to all the food." The lovely back garden was an additional plus. The two of us could work separately in comfort – one at the desk, one at the kitchen table. The bed was very comfortable, with extra blankets and sheets provided. The bathroom had numerous toiletries and many extra towels. Pamela herself is quite friendly and gladly let us use her washer/dryer. Everything we needed outside was minutes away by car, and Pamela conveniently let us park in the driveway. I come to San Francisco at least twice a year and will be very glad to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The photos and description are accurate. Check-in/out was very smooth, and the host was very responsive and gave clear instructions. The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our stay was short, so there wasn't a lot of time to explore, but this doesn't appear to be an area where there are many bars/restaurants in the immediate vicinity, it is definitely more residential - that was fine with us, we enjoyed the peace and quiet. That said, downtown Sacramento is only a 10-15 minute Lyft ride away. We especially liked the sun room for morning coffee. Our Scooby enjoyed the dog friendly (and dog safe), fenced/totally enclosed backyard - and we appreciated being able to let him run around and stretch his legs without the risk of him escaping.

Had the pleasure of staying at this truly exceptional Airbnb in Oakland, hosted by Dirk. The space was meticulously curated—clean, elegantly designed, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and inspiring stay. Dirks's attentiveness shone through in his prompt communication . The location was ideal, offering easy access to nearby cafes, restaurants, and attractions. This stay felt like more than just a place to rest; it was a welcoming environment that reflected genuine care and understanding. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a meaningful and memorable Oakland experience!

Barbara was one of the best hosts, if not the best, that I have encountered over my many years of travel. She was responsive to messages and was just so polite and friendly with recommendations and tips for navigating San Francisco. The little touches of snacks and special drinks were really appreciated. The room decorations with the wine histories / business books and mid-century furniture and lighting made for a wonderful space to relax in. The bed was very comfortable.

Great place to stay for a few nights. Shared bathroom was always clean and kitchen always had some snacks. Host check in instructions were super clear.

We had a lovely stay at Monica’s. The location was good and within an easy walk to downtown and the train. It was also a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed hearing the birdsong. The studio was very comfortable and relaxing and had everything we needed including a very spacious bathroom. We also appreciated the recommendations left by Monica and other guests

Ruby's place is exactly as advertised - very comfortably appointed, walkable to some of my favorite spots in Berkeley, and the private garden seating area just outside the double-kitchen doorway was simply beautiful. I will definitely stay here again when back in the area!

Joe and Katrina's apartment was a good fit for the two of us. An ideal location--right on Broadway and marvelously close to Columbus with its restaurants and shops. And a manageable walk to the waterfront. Being of the third floor was a bit of a climb but then the roof was right above us and easily accessible. The living area with the kitchen right there was handy. The two bedrooms are down the hall so sound did not carry. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of impressive amenities. We weren't short of anything. The rooms are. cleverly decorated. Katrina was welcoming, informative, and responsive. We should gladly stay here again.

A cozy, quiet spot, close enough to everything, appointed and clean and fun enough to be a destination in and of itself. Three very different adults and a unique, picky 9yo all loved it. And Stephen was both helpful and hands-off when appropriate.

This was our second stay at Gigi's, and you'd be hard pressed to find better accommodations. Clean, homey, comfortable, best coffee/breakfast in SF. We love all the books and SF artwork throughout. Looking forward to staying again!

The location was truly perfect -- excellent restaurants, cafes, bakeries, etc. Walk to UC Berkeley was about 10 to 15 minutes, to Rockbridge BART was about 20 minutes. Emily was a super nice host and helped me with local tips and informations.

Our stay here was wonderful. Jeannie and Skate are the nicest people and were so helpful during our stay. The two cats are very sweet and were so great to spend time with. We loved our time here!

It was our first trip to San Francisco, and if we ever come back — or if friends of ours plan to visit — we would absolutely recommend staying with Susanna and John. They are both incredibly warm and welcoming, and my boyfriend and I felt comfortable from the very beginning. We would love to come back anytime. Thank you for everything!

Sandor and Giuliana are the best hosts! We loved getting to know them and their sweet dog, Giorgio, and staying in their beautiful home. They made us feel right at home and had wonderful neighborhood recommendations and local history to share.

Everything was exactly as shown in pictures and descriptions. We really appreciated the private backyard area to hang out in at some point each day we were there. There was just he right amount of shade and sun and comfortable chairs to lounge in. The interior was just perfect for us as well, very comfortable and well equipped. The bed and linens were comfortable but maybe just a light blanket in the summer time is all you need as it does get a little warm upstairs. We love the neighborhood (our son lives just a few blocks away) and we took the advice of Laura and got some tacos at Oscars Tacos just down the street. Amazing vegetarian options, especially the sweet potato one. Curbiside for ice cream is always a favorite of ours as well, just a few blocks in the other direction. We would recommend for a stay to anyone considering.

Such a cute place close to downtown and easy parking. The shower is incredible. Bed was comfy, and room was adorable. Easy access. I would suggest adding coffee maker and water in the room so we don't have to use the home kitchen and living room. But everyones preference is different. All and all, it was perfect!
