There aren’t enough words or enough space to say how amazing this Airbnb is and how perfect our stay was. We came for a very important event in our lives and needed a peaceful, quiet, private and comfortable house, ideally walkable and nearby shops. Oh boy how it delivered! Julie Ann and Homer were absolute perfect hosts, responsive and thoughtful. They made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The place is a true sanctuary, just like the ad says, it’s beautiful, well decorated, clean, comfortable, so quiet and in the middle of nature. I know that they are also working on offering experiences which I think will work great with the place. We were so comfortable that we were sad to leave and go home! We had a 6 weeks stay and it was a great fit for long term, we could have stayed much longer. It would work well for a weekend stay as well, but be warned you will never want to leave! Great place to stay. Just a few steps away from great walking trails along the beautiful American river. Being at the end of a street is really nice. Definitely would stay again.

The house was clean and perfectly decorated. If you forgot to pack something, they have one for you! Very well stocked. The beds were SO comfortable, it made it hard to get out of them in the morning. This was the perfect house for our family. We would absolutely rent this house again.

The house was amazing and in an ideal location. We were excited to see a huge park across the street, but never even left the gorgeous private backyard. Plenty of space and a well stocked kitchen. All amenities were present. Easy check out process too!

We loved our stay here and felt right at home the moment we walked in! The house was very spacious & had everything we needed - all the little details made it suitable to have our big family there together! We especially enjoyed the backyard area with the beautiful clean pool & patio area! We spent most of our time outside - felt like our own private cozy resort! Our host was very quick to respond to anything we needed! Would highly recommend this place!

Eddy is an awesome guy. His apartment is really nice and has all the amenities very very clean there’s a pool there there’s a gym it’s close to lots of great stuff in Folsom and it’s very safe there’s a gate and there’s lots of nice neighbors… I also like the way Eddy does business he’s not excessive with rules we communicate on things and he’s flexible and to me that’s really important and having a host… I would definitely come back there again and look forward to it thanks for the great stay Eddy!

I had a wonderful stay at Lucia's apartment. It was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. The fast internet was perfect for work. Lucia was a fantastic host – helpful, responsive, and communicative throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Very nicely christmas themed, huge tv which was a big plus and very clean.

I wish we could give 6 stars! This was even better than the photos (which are already stellar). And the stocked fridge and pantry could not have been a kinder, more generous gesture!

With no hotel options near here, this was a perfect alternative. Walkable to restaurants, quick drive to a few local spots and full access to Lifetime Fitness. We will return for sure.

Convenient location. Beautiful landscaping and peaceful outdoor space. Large, open indoor space. Host was kind and willing to accommodate for future needs.

Beautiful place! The house was everything as described by Jimmy and as mentioned in the reviews. Sadly we didn’t get to enjoy the house much due to being in Sacramento for a funeral. Jimmy was very responsive. He quickly responded to a question I had.

We - my wife, son and his wife and 16 month old daughter, along with my daughter and three boys shared this beautiful home. As written in the description, Michael's listing was very accurate, well supplied, and met the needs of our family during a very intensely hot week. The pool was the star attraction. The kitchen was well supplied and we were encouraged to use all of the amenities to enjoy our stay. It was very clean. The loft was roomy enough for two adolescent boys. We had some challenges with adjusting AC system temperature, but Michael was accessible when we needed assistance. He responded to other inquiries in a timely manner. Perhaps our only complaint was that the beds in all three bedrooms were not very comfortable. Usable closet space would have helpful as we traveled for a large wedding venue. Looks exactly as pictured and Steve was always nearby if we needed help figuring anything out with the house. It is a very large home with a beautiful view. Used the hot tub and pellet stove almost every night. It was the perfect escape for the holidays with our family. Enough space that family could rest while sharing the home with an infant.

This beautiful home with 5 bedrooms and a swimming pool is just what we needed for our family reunion! We had six adults sleeping there and our grandkids visiting some days. We cooked a lot of food and swam a little bit. The backyard was peaceful and we enjoyed going for walks on nearby trails. We appreciated the large square footage because we came from several time zones and were on different sleep schedules and this house provided the space we needed to spread out or to gather. Would definitely stay here again!
