Monthly Rentals in Exeter

The flat was super and ideally located for us. Beautiful property. Only observation is that the outside staircase is very steep - we coped as did our dogs (just) but I would not like to negotiate them after a few drinks! There were of course set out in the description of the property but a photo might have helped. Otherwise super and would definately book again.

An absolutely beautiful property in an ideal location for a city break in Exeter and visiting the surrounding area. Molly was an amazing and proactive host, making sure that we had a comfortable stay with everything we needed. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

I had a really lovely stay at Windynook! Mike was very friendly and welcoming - he showed me around, explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. The accommodation was so cosy and homely, beautifully decorated and furnished with just enough in it to make it feel homely but not at all cluttered. The bed was really comfortable and I slept better than at home! The details were thoughtful, like providing small boxes of breakfast cereal, fruit juice, milk, tea and coffee. The kitchen was well-equipped and I had everything I needed, and Mike told me about several local shops and restaurants too. Check in and out was really easy, and Mike, his wife and their dogs were all very friendly - we had a lovely chat on arrival. I felt it was good value for money, because the accommodation was of a high standard and in a nice location, with so many thoughtful details provided. Thanks again Mike, for being a great host! 😊

Location was quiet and really convenient for our stay, really clean, instructions made it easy to find, big tesco a few mins away, kitchen had everything if you wanted to make meals. Matches the description, and was what we needed for our stay, the bed and sofa bed weren’t comfy (too hard for us) but that was the only thing that could be improved for us. Otherwise we had a great stay with a great host.
