Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Exeter

We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable apartment. The bed is one of the best we've slept in. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Very close to beautiful walks and amenities. Only slight negative was the noise early in the morning when staff are preparing breakfast for the BandB guests in the main residence but we were not put off by this. We will definitely be returning.

Fab location, good space and a nice space to come back to after a day at the beach.

Had a great weekend over Easter at Jan’s place - a beautiful garden - the kids loved the trampoline and pool - we cooked BBQ outside our Accomodation kin the peaceful garden - had great fish and chips and a cider in Watchet - the nearest harbour town (10 min drive) - we also visited from the house; quantock hills (15 min drive) killer beach (15 min drive) minehead (40 mins) and linmouth - beautiful drive over Exmoor. Would definitely come back

Nice compact apartment, but with plenty of space for the two of us and our large retired guide dog. Very well equipped with absolutely everything you need. Loved the breakfast supplies, containers of breakfast cereal, bread, spreadable and milk. But worth mentioning that there are quite a few steep steps down to the property.

Ideal location for walking into town and along the river. The appartment had everything we needed, well equipped, home from home.

This is a great place to stay if you are going to a wedding at Tunnels Beaches. Also very handy for walk to harbour and Lidl. If you have more than one car then the roads behind Lidl had spaces and only a couple of minutes walk.

My family and I had a wonderful stay for a wedding last weekend. The house is great place to relax and just a short walk from the beach. The garden is really secure for dogs and has a side gate with a hose to wash off the sand after fun at the beach. Nic and Rick sent loads of really helpful information before our stay and were flexible with timings for check in and out. They are so friendly, are very responsive to any questions and left some lovely personal touches for our arrival (scones and jam, eggs, bread and milk!). Thank you for a great stay. We had a lovely time and hope to be back soon!!

Nice place to stay, rural area, lovely views. The place is spacious, well equipped. Nice fitness area. There’s a parking space close to the entrance and also electric charging available.

A great stay in Dartmouth, thanks to this lovely home! A family trip to celebrate a big birthday, four adults, one baby and two dogs. The house was the perfect size for us all, clean and tidy too. Recommendations for food, which was super helpful too. Thank you for a great stay, we will be back!

The house was exactly as described. The accommodation was spacious, bright and airy with everything you would expect and more. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need and great kitchen appliances. The bedrooms were well positioned and beds, pillows and linen were great. The views were spectacular and the house is well positioned to easily access Torquay, Oddington and Babbacombe by car and the local pub and shops are within walking distance. The hot tub was the icing on the cake…. literally! Watching the sunset from it was incredible. The host was friendly and responsive and gave us all the information we needed. We will definitely be returning and thoroughly recommend this property.

The Townhouse was a perfect property for our family holiday. Spacious, clean well maintained property, with everything you could possibly need .Just off the sea front. Sidmouth is a lovely typical seaside town

The apartment was clean, modern, peaceful and well situated. Kirsten left a very handy information pack and we had everything we needed for our stay, so we didn’t need to bother the hosts. The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated, the kitchen well equipped, and the living area light, bright and with a nice view across the trees of the garden. Having driveway parking was a real bonus, and Lidl supermarket was just 3 minutes walk round the corner. A great place to stay!

This place is located very close to the sea front. street is relatively quiet, no much traffic. Flat had one bedroom of a big size and additional sofa bed. That was ideal for us family of 4. Greg didn't have any objections for two small children of 6 and 4 staying at his place. Due to a ideal location, we were not staying at the property much. On arrival Greg provided us is very clear access instructions. We didn't have any issues and didn't have to contact Greg at all through our one week of stay. We had very good stay. Thank you Greg. We visit Plymouth often so if available, we may stay here again.

The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm, and easy to talk to — they made me feel welcome right from the start. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and they were always available for any questions or local tips. The flat was spotless, well-equipped with everything I needed, and very comfortable. The location is excellent — within walking distance of everything — and having a safe parking space was a huge plus. They’re truly thoughtful and attentive hosts who clearly care about their guests. We had a lovely stay at Tracy’s..There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, biscuits etc. in the kitchen. There were plenty of games to keep our little one occupied ! We enjoyed our time in the park opposite the apartment complex..

We were blown away by the location and views from our accommodation as well as the very well appointed apartment.Our host could not have been more helpful,with some excellent recommendations for where to eat and for ideas on what was available to do and see in the area,we will certainly book again should we return to Polperro

Apartment was just as it looked on the photos, clean and tidy. Host was welcoming and talked us through all we needed to know. Terrace was a nice space, a real sun trap! Would definitely return.

We had a fabulous stay. The accommodation was really really lovely and the hosts were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. A fabulous gem tucked out of the way from the hustle and bustle of the main Barbican high street. A two minute walk from the great restaurants and pubs, we recommend the pizzas in the Barbican Pasta Bar & The Village Restaurant for the best Dover Sole! Charles our host was very friendly and responded to any questions quickly. The flat had everything we needed, spotlessly clean and well decorated.
