Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Excelsior Springs

This was a perfect spot! Cozy, comfortable and incredibly well located. We enjoyed the local coffee spots and restaurants. We could easily walk to the Kaufman center and the street car for easy (free!) transport. But really, we just loved the neighborhood! The hosts were very gracious in accepting a last minute request to add my brother to the stay. All around they were incredibly kind and responsive! I would definitely recommend this spot and would love to stay again!

this was my first experience with staying at an Air B&B. I'm glad I choose this place. had a great time and was able to enjoy all the amamenities. Savannah was an excellent host. very accommodating. I will be staying here again. Thank you Savannah for a wonderful experience!

We stay in KC several weeks out of the year for family stuff and this was the first time staying downtown. We enjoyed our stay very much - from the little surprises/treats left by the hosts to the awesome amenities (common areas & gym), we highly recommend Rob & Brenda's place. The apt was clean, comfy and very well appointed. The hosts provided very detailed instructions to check in and keep them updated with surrounding construction and checked in throughout the Stay. The security desk is super helpful for any additional questions. The surrounding area is clean and quiet all while being super easy to access the highway.

This place was absolutely perfect for me. Loved how it was decorated and it had everything I needed for my stay. Very easy to get to and located in a beautiful neighborhood, Ifelt very safe. Also convenient to grocery and restaurants. Would definitely book again!

We love this little apartment in Bates City It is close to family! The apartment is cozy. The kitchen has everything you need to be able to cook! The beds were comfortable and clean. Started snowing while we were there and I had the best view from the kitchen window!! Karen and Weston were quick to respond when I had questions We will be back

This house is clean and comfortable. Access might be difficult for older people, as there are many steps to the front door, and the entrance to the side door is on a hill. The space was great for my daughter and me; we were visiting my son and his family (they live 15 minutes away from downtown Parkville), and there was enough room for all 6 of us to eat in the kitchen. The basement gave my grandchildren a nice space to play. Downtown Parkville is a pleasant 5 minute walk from the house. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a hidden gem, we felt right at home, beautiful decor that was suited for the holidays. The overall home was perfect for 6 adults. 3 good size rooms with full beds and than a whole little studio down stairs for the other relatives, inside the studio was their own kitchen and bathroom along with TV and little heater. Upstairs had a nice little layout, compact but minimal with also providing all amenities. One thing that did stand out is how cozy the home was. I am assuming the walls are insulated. temp set at 73 and felt perfect. Allso hot water was responsive, no delay nor waiting for it to warm up that was a +.

The place was so nice! Sara even went out of her way to communicate with me the snow conditions because she knew we were in a uhaul. Would definitely recommend!

What a great host! We were in town for a family wedding and this rental was perfect for us. They were flexible with our check-in so we could get to the rehearsal dinner on time, and this was very helpful! The home was perfect for our group (8 adults, 3 children, and 3 dogs) and all the little touches made it feel like home. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

We stayed the night here when we stopped in town last minute to see some friends. I booked the place at 1:30 in the afternoon and was responded to right away. We he house is very cute and feels homey and warm. Great porch and plenty of room.

We stayed during Thanksgiving week, and from check in to check out we had an enjoyable experience. The unit is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Well appointed, tastefully decorated, and warm and welcoming, it was so nice to come back from family events and relax. And the host was fantastic. Answered all our questions, quickly. And was very patient with inquiries. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed your wonderful home and highly recommend this place for others looking for a place to stay, we traveled in from Texas to attend a chiefs game after Thanksgiving and was very happy we found her and her wonderful home!

Andy was incredibly responsive, and his place truly felt like a home. My now-wife, our son, and I stayed here during our wedding, and we all felt so comfortable and cared for. It was the perfect setting for such a special time in our lives. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. Everything was as described and very clean. Very walkable to nearby restaurants, breweries as well as the streetcar. Highly recommended the Fox & Pearl. The best meal we had during our stay.

What an amazing place! Right down town and you can sit on the super long window seat and watch the downtown passerby’s. Lovely bedrooms, and showers fantastic!

Andrew's property was fantastic and perfect for a family hang in KC! The space is very unique, modern and spacious (was blown away how big it is!). The living spaces were very comfortable, as were the beds. The Pop-a-Shot was clutch and provided lots of entertainment for my niece and nephews. Walkable to great coffee and central to tons of KC attractions. Felt like we could be anywhere really quick. The property felt very safe. We had a blast, it was one of the more fun places I have stayed at! Don't hesitate to book Andrew's place, you will love it! He's a great host.

Great stay at Lance's place! There is a TON of stuff within walking distance, we visit KC frequently and it was easily the most convenient location we've stayed. Appreciated that parking was in the back of the house, felt very safe and secure.
