Plenty of space & plenty of sun

Our bright, spacious apartment is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house on the outskirts of Schwelm, surrounded by many green areas and close to the forest. The historic Brunnenhäuschen and Schloss Martfeld are within walking distance in 10 and 20 minutes, as well as three playgrounds, a small soccer field and the forest with beautiful hiking trails. Also two supermarkets, a pharmacy, a beverage store are close by. The nearest bus stop is about 300 m from the house.

Cozy apartment furnished with a lot of love in an old half-timbered house. Separate entrance, sunny terrace... only the birds "disturb" here. The property is at the end of a dead end road surrounded by forest and meadows. Ideal for hikers and bikers, it starts right outside the door. In the large garden behind the house you can lie in the sun as you please, sit comfortably under the walnut tree, use the sauna (10 for additional costs) or end the day by the campfire!

Our bright, cozy and inexpensive non-smoking apartment awaits you in the former Stiftamtmannshaus in sight of the Saure restaurant, the old grain distillery and the music school. In the immediate vicinity is a small grocery store, the elementary school Am Strückerberg, the Church of the Redeemer, a savings bank and about 300 m away the attractive Gevelsberg city center with retail, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets... The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.

Our apartment is quietly and centrally located in a residential area with adjacent forest. It is about 75 square meters, is located on the second floor of our house and can accommodate and sleep up to 6 people. It consists of a kitchen-living room overlooking the Kluterthöhle. The living room is inviting for relaxation with a large sofa and a fireplace. There are also two bedrooms, a play corner for children as well as a desk & Wi-Fi for the home office.

Cozy apartment on Kuhlerkamp All Inclusive

On approx. 25 square meters you will find a cozy apartment with combined living/sleeping area, a small kitchen and a shower room. The apartment is suitable for one to two people or short stays with a toddler. A travel bed can be provided on request. Our all-inclusive package includes dish towels, towels and also fresh bed linens. If you are staying longer, you will of course receive another set of fresh towels and dish towels on request.

After consultation it`s possible to use the garden and do a barbecue.

Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed, but is possible in front of the apartment in a sitting area.
