Elisa is a fantastic host, great communication and a lovely place. Nothing is too much trouble, Elisa has everything covered from drinks and snacks to toothbrush and toothpaste - a 5 star experience. Highly recommend a stay here.

Marco was a fantastic host! He texted us beforehand asking if we wanted to self check-in or have him meet us there. Meeting us on the street as we arrived, he took us straight up and immediately started to explain all amenities, along with providing us with some lovely maps of Montecatini and Lucca. He strongly recommended a visit to his favourite local place of Lucca, in which his recommendation was very well received as we spent the Sunday wandering the splendid medieval town. All in all I would very much recommend this AirBnB, as it's 5min walk from main centre, the station and many authentic restaurants (which Marco told us about when we asked him). Don't forget to also take the vernacular and visit Montecatini-Alto in the hills!

Great mini apartment in a good location. Montelupo is very nice and the apartment is both easy to reach and very close to the train station. It had everything you need and the welcome basket was very much appreciated. Communication with Andrea was excellent, both for courtesy and response times

We had a fantastic stay at Vanna's apartment! The location is ideal — not only for exploring Empoli, but also the wider Tuscany region, thanks to its close proximity to the train station. Vanna was an exceptional host: friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She kindly assisted us on two occasions, providing both an iron and a table when we needed them. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Tuscany. Thank you, Vanna, for a wonderful stay!

A very nice place, we will definitely be back, the only thing is that the WiFi didn't work but everything else was perfect.

I was very pleased. Empoli is a very well located town to get to know Tuscany: half an hour by train from Florence and Pisa and a little further, there are equally recommended cities such as Pisa or Lucca.

We cannot say enough goods things about Gabriele 's apartment. It is even nicer than the pictures I think. Everything was spotless and Gabriele was very helpful and answered all our questions very promptly. You could not ask for a better location in Lucca. We have stayed in many rentals over the years and this is right at the top of our list. We would come back here in a heartbeat.

A beautiful apartment with stunning views. Easy access to many beautiful places to visit such as San Gimignano, Florence and Sienna. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amenities as listed. The views from the communal terrace were stunning and there was plenty of space to sit without being on top of other guests. We would highly recommend.

The apartment was wonderful, it is better than the photos. If you want to feel how life was like in Tuscany, this is the place to be. Barbara was very kind and helpful. She provided appropriate instructions and was flexible with our late checkin. Overall a very pleasant experience.

This was by FAR the BEST Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Claudio and his wife were amazing and extremely helpful with getting us set up and explaining everything. The place was spotless, squeaky clean, and beautiful. We felt right at home. HUGE points that it was so close to the train, this saved our feet big time with our luggage. If you see your travel dates are open at this Airbnb, book it immediately. We also loved how we could wash our stinky clothes haha - this was our 4th city we visited in Italy during our trip here. We are so grateful for Claudio and his wife for setting us up and for us having the best stay in Florence!!!! We will be back <3

We had a wonderful stay at Josephine's place and would absolutely stay again! The real attraction for us when booking were the terraces and they did not disappoint. We loved enjoying morning coffee on the side shaded terrace and taking in the views on the top terrace during aperitivo before dinner. From the top terrace, you can see all of Florences monuments and attractions and it is a calm place to enjoy the city. It was centrally located and easy walking to everything in the city. Josephine was a great host and we would highly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay at Dan's apartment. It was large (even more so when you factor in the adjacent terrace), beautifully furnished and well stocked. Appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer. Having a second bathroom was an extra perk. Only slight downside was the walk into the center of town (25 min to the Ufizzi) as it rained nearly every day during my weeklong stay -- I imagine on dry/temperate days it's a pleasant walk along the river. Overall I would gladly stay again.

Chiara was a great host, and the apartment was a fantastic base for our trip. The location is perfect - so close to Florence but still has the peacefulness of the countryside. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and tidy, and we felt at home. The property has beautiful gardens, the pool area was lovely too. Chiara was also kind enough to make a dinner reservation for us, and gave us some great recommendations. We loved our stay!

We had an excellent time at Massimo's apartment. The countryside was beautiful and remote but well connected to everything we wanted to do. You'll definitely need access to a car to navigate the steep roads, but it's worth the effort. A fantastic place to spend a week.

We had a great stay in Francesca's agriturismo. beautiful place with breath taking views. the place was very clean and tidy and it had all we needed and much more. it was a good base for traveling the area. take a ride on the SP146 - you won't regret it! all in all this place is highly recommended! wish i would visit here again. Toscany is soo beautiful.

Great place to stay for the small town Italian vibe. My wife and I stayed here for a few days as part of our honeymoon and we were welcomed and helped in very well. Benedetta help set us up with a cooking class which was a great time and some horse back riding the next day. Great place!

This place is such a gem! The hosts work hard to make sure your stay is very comfortable. Someone is at reception most of the time to answer questions or help with recommendations! The room we stayed in (Olivo) was perfect. It had a small kitchen with beautiful views and the nature of the building is "Tuscany Picture Perfect" You definitely need a vehicle to Get around unless you plan on taking a taxi and staying at the location (which is very doable since they have a restaurant and serve you breakfast every morning) The pool is beautiful with picture perfect hills of Tuscany while you swim! They have a small playground and a large yard with tables where you can sip wine or have a picnic! The bed was very comfortable and our stay here was very relaxing! The restaurant had such an amazing food as well! 10/10 would recommend!

Marcello’s place felt serene and relaxing and our time here was just delightful. We absolutely loved the lemon garden we had all to ourselves, the grounds of the property are picturesque with a joyful companion of Tommy, Alina and Pistacchio. All is beautifully maintained and the apartment is elegant and cosy. We did appreciate proper mosquito nets, stable and fast internet for working, a proper dedicated workspace, sparkling clean apartment, great kitchen equipment, a garden table with a parasol offering plenty of shade, sun loungers by the swimming pool and a that the pool was kept very clean for us to be able to refresh in it during the hot days. Marcello is so friendly, warm and communicative. He spoilt us with his kind generosity and hospitality that you understand immediately why he is a super host, he really cares about his guests. Thank you so much dear Marcello for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to be back one day.

Property is amazing, host so friendly and helpful… Honestly we spent very little time on the property as we were exploring so much of Tuscany during our stay with the lovely location as our home base. But it was so beautiful to wake to every day and come “home” to late every evening :) During our 6 days, we explored Florence, hung out in Siena, hiked Chianti trails, visiting all over from Monteriggioni to San Gimignano to Volterra… and throughout Val d’Orcia from Montepulciano to Pienza , Pitigliano to Serano… and north to Lucca & Pisa. Just wonderful location :) Thank you so much!

Both Barbara and Andrea were very welcoming and forthcoming when we encountered a hitch in our travel plans. They are unusually friendly, and accommodating hosts. The house is a great base for exploring the surrounding area and is tastefully decorated. Highly recommended!
