Vacation rentals with beach access in Emmet County

Excellent!!! Stayed with my wife and 5-month old son for a quick getaway. Couldn’t have found a better place. Location was perfect, home was spotless. Nothing but great things to say about this place.

It’s an upstairs apartment with great amenities. Very clean and neat. Nice area to walk around. We enjoyed our brief stay. Would rent again. Nice host.

We enjoyed our stay at the boathouse. It is our third visit and it never disappoints. The boathouse was clean and cozy. Pam and Dave are lovely hosts.

Everything was absolutely amazing. They were flexible, accommodating, and understanding. The place is absolutely beautiful, just don’t forget to pack a sweatshirt as it gets a bit chillier than we expected at night. Great place to stay and hoping to go back soon!

The place is very cosy. The king size bed is super comfortable and the couch is comfortable as well. The kitchen is well stocked and Todd even left couple bottles of wine for us. A very pleasant stay overall.

Our stay at Kathy’s place was perfect! The rental was spotless upon are arrival and Kathy was extremely flexible with check in and checkout. Her communication before and during our stay was outstanding and prompt. Kathy went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during are stay. I would definitely recommend her place and happily rent from her again in the future.

Easy to find. Place was clean and Madison responded quickly to questions. Will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.

Sam and Lynn's place was perfect for our family of three! Lynn messaged us proactively to answer any questions and ensure we had directions. The kitchen had everything we needed, and Sam and Lynn provided the basics of food for us, which was very much appreciated! a The bathroom was equipped with hooks and nice soap and shampoo basics. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated meeting Sam and Lynn and getting recommendations. We have visited the area many times, but found out about a few new spots thanks to Lynn and Sam.

Nicely updated house in great area! Park your car and walk or bike to Main Street and the harbor. Really nice side yard and front porch. The listing states air conditioning but it is only in the bedrooms that use window units, thankfully we had perfect weather and they worked fine. We had one major housekeeping issue, it didn’t appear that the house was cleaned before our stay. Spoke to Bryan, he apologized and offered to have the cleaning team come back out. He wasn’t sure when they could get to the house and as we had guests coming in I spent the first full day of our vacation cleaning the house. Also had to wash all the bedding as we unknowingly slept in dirty sheets the night we arrived. 😟 Bryan did refund the cleaning fee for our stay…. Once it was clean it was a great place for our family to stay and enjoy!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The large backyard deck and fire pit were enjoyed daily. We appreciated the extensive binder of recommendations and instructions. The kids loved the playroom and art station in the basement. We will definitely stay again!

This was a perfect getaway for the weekend! It’s in a great location near everything! The recommendations that Matt and Jill left were so helpful! And it really was nice that they allowed pets in their house. They were easy to reach when we had a little hiccup and did everything they could to make it right. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay!! The house is incredible and offers plenty to do inside during winter weather. The kitchen is very well stocked with tools and dishware and the lake view is wonderful.

This home was amazing! Not only that, but Jamie was such a great host. She was always very responsive and helpful. Her place made our whole family feel like we were at home. We are already looking at when we can return during the summer months to enjoy this beautiful home for all of its amenities! Thank you again for hosting such an amazing home!

This condo was so clean and cozy. It was perfect for a few friends on a long weekend to use as home base. Easy drive to many surrounding state parks and towns in the area. The sunrise views and quiet lake were so calming and relaxing. Michael was super helpful and friendly!

Jessica was very responsive. The condo was clean. Private beach and lake were beautiful. More beds than we can use. Very comfortable. Great stat. We will be back.

Great location for harbor springs and Petoskey. perfect space for 2 families with young children. having the pool available was super fun. quiet spot. well stocked kitchen.

We really enjoyed our stay - very clean and well equipped. The ambiance was like your favorite grandmother's place - very cozy and comfortable. The gas fireplace was perfect for the chillier mornings/evenings and added to the cozy atmosphere. It's a great location right next to Petoskey State Park. You can walk into the park and it's a short walk to the beach and other trails. It's also a great half-way point between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. We would definitely consider staying here again!

We are so happy we chose this wonderful condo! It was clean, very well located, quiet, and had amazing views of beautiful Crooked Lake. We hope to go back again next year!

Laurie was fantastic to work with. Immediate responses to inquiries and a genuine dedication to providing a great experience. We had a minor hiccup at the begining, but she graciously corrected it immediatly. The one consideration for future travelers is the main floor bedroom. It states 2 beds, but it is in fact 2 twin matresses in a trundle/daybed. Although comfortable, be aware that the induividual in the bed, will have to step on or over the individual sleeping on the matress close to the floor. In addition, with the trundle fully extended, the door will not close, so there will be no privacy. Aside from that, it is well maintained and appointed. Given the restrictions and limitations that arise when renovating a building more than 100 years old, they have provied a wonderful and cozy space. We woudl defiently book with Laurie again.

Abby's place was BEAUTIFUL and exceeded our expectations. It was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. HIGHLY recommend, will stay again!

It’s a little bit closer to the road than I expected, but it was fantastic for cozy nights. But as for cold swimming, the beach isn’t very private, but I’m sure it’s lovely during the summer.
