Awesome place at a super reasonable price. Charlevoix is beautiful with so much to offer within walking distance. Unit could use some minor updating but overall location can’t be beat. Owner was very responsive with questions. I ended up staying an extra day in another unit with water views but honestly this unit was preferable in terms of quietness, because it is in a quieter spot of the building. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for the great stay!

Had a perfect stay this weekend! Was close to everything and so convenient. Loved the back yard as well which is so nice to have available. Sunroom is the PERFECT place to have a cup of coffee in the morning. Will definitely be staying again! Thanks Andrew!

We had a fantastic stay at the chalet with our 2 dogs. Meghan was a great host — she checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and was responsive to questions. The house has tons of character and is well appointed. Beds were so comfortable. The view off the back deck is spectacular. The backyard area is extremely spacious with plenty of room for dogs to run around (but unfenced). There is also a fenced gravel area under the deck if your pups need to be contained. Great location — about 10 minutes from downtown Harbor, 12-15 from Petoskey. Would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay here from beginning to end. The house was big and spacious and was the perfect size for our group of 8 adults, two kids, and a baby. The game area was a blast especially if you enjoy shuffleboard as much as our group did. The kitchen came fully stocked and all the rooms were comfortable. The house was about a 10 minute drive from Harbor Springs which made going out for a meal or to look around super easy. The host was super responsive and always pleasant to talk to. I’d highly recommend booking this place for anyone hoping to have a nice in northern Michigan.

Drake’s place was so lovely and perfect for the couple nights we were in town. The setting was gorgeous, and it was directly across the street from a massive park that our dog loved. The house is the only one I’ve stayed in that felt truly dog friendly, which was amazing. On top of that, Drake was incredibly communicative and helpful - we had a little issue with the hot water and he was on top of it right away. We loved our stay and will absolutely be back the next time we are in town - it was a truly great spot.

Our week at Brian‘s house turned out even better than we hoped. The house was lovely and very well equipped. Lake Walloon was incredible and we all enjoyed the boat.

Great little cabin stay. We mostly wanted to stay in a log cabin because of our son's recent interest in building houses with logs. He seemed to enjoy the simple aspects, of just a simple cabin in the woods. The playground was simple, and he enjoyed it. The best was sitting out by the fire looking up at the stars and reading books with him. We brought chairs but didn't need them. Everything we needed was at the cabin. Great place.

We had an amazing stay!! The house is incredible and offers plenty to do inside during winter weather. The kitchen is very well stocked with tools and dishware and the lake view is wonderful.

This house was beautiful and perfect distance from downtown that made it easy to walk everywhere. The house was perfect for a larger family to have the space to enjoy our company, but also have the privacy and larger family needs. Great place to stay!

This place was perfect for what we needed and a great location! Close to the boat launch, walkable to town & lots to do. Michelle & Thadd were so accommodating and flexible which was greatly appreciated with our two little ones. We will definitely be staying here again!

We just concluded a delightful 2 week stay at Carolynn’s place. The first week we had our daughter and family join us. The home sits on a beautiful quiet property complete with a large deck and outside sitting area. Our grandkids loved their private loft. There were ample supplies to make our stay comfortable. Great showers, W & D, etc although the kitchen was dated. The facilities at Birchwood are outstanding (golf, swimming, and food) and Harbor Springs is a short 10 drive away.
