Do you recognize this? Suddenly you've had enough. Get away. Adempop. Relax. You already see it all for you. A detached holiday home with garden. Not on a par. The life rhythm in the cottage is basic, close to nature in a wonderful hiking and cycling area, in a large, nature-rich place: vegetable garden, newly created food forest, flower gardens & pond are ecologically managed. Cottage Wipperoen has been in our family for 50 years. It is not on a holiday park, extra safe in these corona times! In 2018 it has been completely renovated and equipped with a new kitchen, lovely beds and underfloor heating. The best part is that it is in the middle of the trees. All freedom on our own terrain of 1100m2! From the cottage you walk into the forest in 5 minutes. Gees is centrally located in Drenthe: Emmen, the beautiful Orvelte and the shops of Hoogeveen are 20 minutes by car.

We live in the monumental train station of Exloo from 1903, on the NOLS railway line, from Zwolle to Delfzijl. this railway was founded in 1899 and lifted in 1945. This railway is now a nice walking path! Next to our house is a completely detached and brand new renovated house of 2 floors with enough privacy and a private entrance for up to 6 people. There is free parking, and a private terrace in complete privacy.

I do not rent a house or a complete apartment. The guest area is on the first floor of my house; In which I live in the ground floor. Depending on the size of the group, I combine single, index bed and triple rooms. There is a bathroom on the floor for all guests. On request, and only then, my guests can also use my kitchen. Located between Gees forestry and the Mantingerveld, with an unobstructed view over farmlands. Our farm was completely newly built in 2015, we live in the back house and the front house is furnished as a vacation home. 5 private parking spaces, a spacious garden with terrace where you can sit. 1 ground floor bedroom with en-suite bathroom, the other 4 bedrooms on the first floor with shared bathroom.

Welcome! Bed &Breakfast 'Mekelermeer' is a nice stay for 2 persons included breakfast. ckeck in is after 14.00 h. check out is round 12.00 h. 2 nights is the minimum stay. The interior is very cosy. You have a marvellous vue over garden and fields. There is hardly any traffic. Only some farmer business. A perfect place to 'slow down' .
