Location, Location, Location Unobstructed view of the beach (sunrise) from the master bedroom and the balcony. Quiet sanctuary to reflect on the goodness of life and the ocean. Beautiful view and scenery that you cannot beat. You are literally nestled at the end of the pier with awesome views! Mattresses: Top-of-the-line quality sleep on premium mattresses. TVs: Each bedroom and the living room had its own Roku tv. High-end amenities: everything is plush in this unit. Leather couches, plush rugs (even the bath mats), high-quality sheets, towels, and beddings. Coffee maker is an espresso machine, with a frothier and a carafe much better than Starbucks. Granite countertops and an xl deep stainless steel kitchen sink with a detachable faucet. Parking was super easy (2 spaces) right beside the elevator. We will definitely return again. Don’t hesitate to book this hidden gem, it is well worth it. Beach access is right behind the pool and jacuzzi (opening soon). Book now!

Gloria & Kevin’s place was so nice. It has beautiful views of the water, especially from in your private screen porch. The apartment is very large and roomy enough for a family. It has an amazing private beach that was awesome. Gloria & Kevin were great hosts very easy going and responded quickly to any questions we had. It is a great place for some secluded R &R. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable peaceful escape.

We enjoyed the condo. It was about a 5 minute drive to beach without traffic. The Perla happy hour had amazing oysters!

The place is great. It's a quick walk to the beach and close to anywhere you need to be. The kitchen is fully stocked...you can cook whatever you need to in it. The indoor and outdoor pools were very nice. We didn't get to take advantage of the tennis courts, but she had racquets and balls in the condo if needed.

We enjoyed our stay and would return if we’re back in Surf City anytime soon. The location was ideal, only a short walk from the beach. The space was clean and comfortable as well.

This was a last minute booking and I couldn’t have asked for a better place! The layout is so thoughtful and the little details were well received! I adored that there were kcups and cream and sugar in the home.

One of the best Air Bnb’s! The photos didn’t do this place justice. The decor, ambiance, the balcony view, the amenities and cleanliness… all amazing. The location is unbeatable as well. We were so impressed upon walking in and my husband and I agreed we’d stay here again for all future trips. Just to add, the bathroom was really nice and spacious as well. The outdoor fire pit was a great way to relax in the evening. The place was quiet and beautiful. We had a great stay :)

The house and property are beautiful! You are a quick walk to the beach, and Jess was incredibly responsive. We have two young kids and have stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s - and I can say this was one of the best ever. The hosts thought of every detail- whether it is games, puzzles, beach toys and pool floaties for the kids, or extra toiletries in the master bath. They were gracious hosts and the house they built is wonderful (and in a great location). Thank you for everything, we look forward to when we can visit again!

We loved the location and laid back vibe of the whole area. The house is footsteps to the beach. Our family enjoyed the space. We even extended our stay to delight in the view one extra day.

This is an awesome beach house for multiple families. We had plenty of room. The walk to the beach is on a short boardwalk then steps to the ocean. The multiple porches offered a great place to sit with morning coffee and watch the waves. There are tons of kid's toys and beach toys as well as chairs, etc. You really do not need to bring a thing to enjoy a fun time with kids on the beach. The kitchen, also, is very well stocked with everything you need to cook...even down to spices in the cabinet. This was a lovely place to stay. We all said we would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Tim, for providing everything we needed for an awesome three nights at Emerald Isle!

This place was perfect for my wife and our dogs! Beachfront location is amazing! Updated, beautiful & fully stocked kitchen was helpful. Host was extremely responsive, very timely and answered all our questions. We will definitely look into staying here again!

Sabine is a great host. Very informative and responsive. The location is amazing. My daughter and I enjoyed our morning and evening walks on the beach because it was literally the backyard. We fell in love and didn’t want to come back to reality.

This house was beautiful, spacious and very well stocked with kitchen tools. Everything was intentionally labeled and organized. Felt like we were the first people to stay there. Brand new house. Lots of comfortable places to relax and enjoy time with friends. I’d love to come back again with family. Mini kitchen downstairs is really neat to provide extra space for food and drinks. I’d give 6 stars if I could!

Enjoyed staying here for a wedding weekend which took place at the Beaufort Hotel. We were able to spread out, enjoy the quaint atmosphere of downtown all while staying in a beautiful home. Thank you for hosting and we will be sure to check-in next time we are in town!

We just completed our third stay with Marilyn. Our family absolutely loves this spot. It's so nice that our family of 6 can fit fairly comfortably and it's especially great that there are two full bathrooms. We also love how well kept the property grounds are, as well as how easy it is to get to the beach. We just got home a little while ago and my 4 teens are already talking about planning our next trip! Thank you Marilyn!

What a beautiful condo!!! It’s so wonderful when you stay somewhere that is exactly as pictured and clean. To top it off, Keri, was intentional in welcoming us, with a handwritten note, and little snacks. She also checked in with us during our stay. Great host. Beautiful view.

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Condo. The Condo was very clean, comfortable and the area quiet. The kitchen was well equipped and made cooking easy. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the flat walkway to the beach for walks and fishing. Haylee was a great host providing clear and very easy check in and out information. Very friendly, helpful with questions and quick response times. We would love to have the chance to stay at this condo again very soon.

Teresa's place was perfect for our needs! Super clean and true to the listing. We had everything we could possibly need and more! Close to great restaurants and such a quiet and beautiful beach. It rained for a part of our visit but it didn't bother us at all with such a comfortable condo and balcony with ocean view. My sisters and I enjoy visiting this area each year and all agreed that we would like to make Teresa's place our regular vacation spot!

Easy pool and beach access. Kitchen well stocked with pots and pans, coffee maker, blender, crockpot and other helpful items. It is on the 4th floor elevators were prompt but many of the units were empty given it was off season. Great time to go !!! Bring ice cube trays. Lots of towels for inside and the beach so don’t pack any! Plenty of blankets and pillows. Storage closet w/ beach chairs and an umbrella among other beach stuff for kids. Bonus there were fans in the rooms. Very spacious for 4-6 people. Lots of seating for dining in. Go grab some seafood at Willis’s and cook in the condo one night. Would book again.

Looks just like the pictures! Very comfortable, kitchen has all that is needed, and a bath & a half was great! Would recommend this place/host to others. Also, a nice side walk runs from outside the complex along the main road all the way into town… nice to know for walking to various places or exercising. The walk to the beach is short and a nice place to wash sand off your feet partway back:)

We loved our stay at the beach! This was perfect, exactly what we were hoping for, beach accessibility by board walk, a nice pool (2), and close enough to see the water from the condo. Felt like our own little home. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great with our son with. Having a washer and dryer was so convenient! We did notice there was washer and dryers by the pool for community use also. The whole Southwinds area was clean and well maintained. Even the pool bathrooms were clean. There is also a great selection of beach supplies, books and cards to keep you entertained. We would definitely visit again if we come back to the area!
