I had a very pleasant stay at Rick and Sue's home. I felt like at home. The location was very convenient. Super nice host, great amenities, comfortable bed. I highly recommend it! Next time I visit Wilmington I will book a stay if available. Thank you so much!

Meghan’s place was great. Close to the gardens we were visiting. Her place was incredibly charming, well decorated and had lots of amenities. I highly recommend it.

Easy five stars. Joel is obviously a seasoned host. He gave me a welcome and a good tour in his house and was always nice to talk to. He also went out of his way to create extra space for me in his storeroom so put my extra luggage in there. The property is located in a cute block of town that is central and well connected to a few key areas, including the River Front, the downtown, and the train station. I never had any trouble navigating mt way around town, including easy access to the bus that takes me to work. While the building looks historical and interesting from the outside, the inside gives you a great combination of vintage charm that is yet very well kept. The property includes a cute private courtyard - such a great space to relax and decompress in the outdoors. In summary, it was a great stay and I would stay again in the future!
