This stylish place to stay is perfect for access to all of central Scotland, with particularly easy access to the Edinburgh Festival and of course Glasgow. We offer two separate private rooms. This listing is for a spacious room containing a king size and a single bed, with full en-suite facilities. The house itself has a large kitchen /family area with casual seating and a dining table and an extensive rear garden with outdoor seating, bbq and hot tub. We have ample space for parking too.

Our place is close to Portobello Beach and only 15-20 min to city centre.You’ll love our house because of log fires in the winter and relaxing in the garden during the summer.
