We had a fantastic stay at Hayley's place whilst visiting my uni student son. The lovely welcome tray provided a much-needed cuppa after a long drive! The accommodation arrangement suited our needs perfectly. Excellent bus links close by for easy access into the city. Hayley was friendly and quick to respond to my query, and was on hand during our stay. The gorgeous weather was a bonus! Would happily stay again 😊

Not only was the property lovely, but Dawn herself was friendly and welcoming. She really went above and beyond our expectations, with a bottle of milk in the fridge, little boxes of cereal, a variety of teas, spices in the cupboard, extra towels, blankets, shower gel, shampoo, little bottles of body lotion etc. Lots and lots of finishing touches which were a completely unexpected and absolutely lovely surprise! She really goes the extra mile to make it a home away from home, which gave a great to the feel to the place- the complete opposite of when a place feels cheap. I was really struck by the effort Dawn goes to to make our guest experience as best as possible! Thank you!

We had the best time during our stay in the stunning apartment! The rooms are flooded with light, the space is very clean and exceptionally neat, and everything we could have asked for was there. We were even granted an early check in, which allowed us to use our first vacation day fully - this was very much appreciated. We also had the chance to get to know Lindsay and Roberto - what a delightful pleasure! They are the most fantastic hosts :) We were invited over for a glas of wine during our stay and had the best time. They are so interesting, kind and just overall great people. Next time we’re in Edinburgh we’re definitely staying with Lindsay and Robert again (or if the apartment is already booked, at least meeting them for a coffee) 😊

Veronique's stay at home was very enjoyable. The apartment corresponds to the photos and description and has all the amenities for a stay in the beautiful city of Edinburgh. Veronique was very accessible and had a prepared welcome offering, with bread, milk, jams, etc for a first meal. There are two supermarkets within walking distance of the apartment, very useful for those who want to eat some meals at home. The place is quite quiet and safe. Undoubtedly, I recommend this accommodation for those who want to know this fantastic city.

Unique Tranquil Location In The City Centre

The apartment is located in a terrific spot, directly at the river and surrounded by nature, and right in the city centre at the same time. It was immaculate, very good cared for and meticulously clean. Really nice bathroom and sleeping room, and a nice living room with a sleeping sofa we could use. Despite not having kitchen, the apartment had a small fridge and was equipped nicely with essential tableware, and we found a really nice selection of breakfast components as we arrived. Sue was perfect and fast in communication, and a really nice host. Very special accommodation we highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Kerry's place. The apartment was very clean and super cosy 😊 The apartment was located in the city centre with only a 10 minute walk to Princes Street. The beds were super comfortable and a newly renovated bathroom made the whole stay a pleasure. Would definitely come back and stay there again 😊

We stayed at Tatu’s annex for a few days and had a lovely experience. Although the host lives just next door, we barely noticed and had complete privacy throughout our stay. Tatu was incredibly helpful and friendly from the start—he personally talked us through the check-in process, showed us how to unfold the sofa bed, and even recommended which bus to take into the city. The annex itself is cosy, clean, and quiet—perfect for a relaxing break. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essential utensils and appliances, making it easy to prepare simple meals. The shower had great water pressure and consistent temperature, which was a real plus. Getting to the city by bus was quick and straightforward. Tatu even helped us by giving clear instructions to back out our car—much appreciated! Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful, well-kept spot with a thoughtful host.

Joe was very flexible supporting our changing arrangements and made us feel very welcome. The location is in a very pleasant leafy suburb with easy access to city centre. We only stayed one night and made use of the restaurants just a short walk away. Many thanks Joe.

We loved our stay at Meera's. Accommodation is nice, works, very well decorated and warm. It feels like home. Delicious touches: fresh flowers, fruits , drinks, treats. Our host is very friendly and gave us great tips for sightseeing. The accommodation is 15 minutes by market from the oldest pub in Scotland. The neighborhood is peaceful, 2 minutes from the bus stop. We slept very well. Congrats

This is a masterclass on how to do Air BnB! Everything you need and more- John has thought through all the details to make it a comfy stay. Especially love the window seat in the evening sun. The location is perfect, with great routes and transport options into the city. It's a stone's throw from the canal which takes you on a beautiful walk up to Ratho (make sure to stop for a drink at the bridge inn!)

Mhairi’s place was great to stay at. It is peaceful and quiet with a short walk to the sea. Good parking a short walk away. The location is great to bus to the city center. (Four choices running very often). Mhari was very kind at check in and responsive in chat. We would definitely return here for another stay 😃!

Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful!!! The location is perfect! Just a 10 minute bus ride from the center, the neighborhood is very quiet and made the walks in the morning/evening very peaceful. You may even see friendly cats wanting to say hello while you're on your walk. The pod itself looked even better in person and was spacious. The morning sunrise and the beautiful night sky from the pod was breath-taking. Margherita made everything easy, she was extremely helpful, she made us feel at home and gave us our privacy as well. We cant wait to book again when we visit again in the future!!! 5 Stars all arounddd!
