Monthly Rentals in East Grand Rapids

Rachael’s was a wonderful and responsive host. She provided everything needed for a comfortable stay, a well supplied kitchen and cleaning supplies for an extended stay. We had some bad storms roll through a few days into our extended stay and she checked on us immediately to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. She was quick to send out a team for debris cleanup. The immediate neighbors were very friendly and the location is a short drive to anything you may need. Thank you Rachael for being a wonderful host.

Susan's place made us feel at home! My partner and I stayed there a month and felt comfortable the whole time. Susan is very communicative, friendly, and helpful! She also has some great recommendations for local places. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall excellent accommodations/amenities; more than we really needed in fact. Charles' & Casity's communication/accessibility was excellent & much appreciated. Location was excellent for our needs/itinerary; setting & accessibility of the home is also very convenient. Place was immaculate upon our arrival & we tried to leave it in tip-top shape as well.

This is an adorable little home, very cute with an updated interior and super clean. It was spotless and just like a hotel - it had everything we needed (we welcomed having shampoo, paper towel, even coffee pods so we did not have to worry about it.) It is on a main & busy street and a bit loud during the day, but quiet after dark. There is a Mall, a Meijers and all kind of shopping all within a 5-10 min drive, and we really liked that. I was amazed how many restaurants they had in this area. Mindy is wonderful to work with and we appreciate her sharing her lovely home with us. Thanks Mindy!
