Monthly Rentals in East Enterprise

We really, really enjoyed this property even though it rained & stormed every day. The view is so gorgeous! We actually enjoyed watching the storms out the large windows that overlook the property, the large pond and rolling hills. Watching the deer meandering around as they fed and the turkeys chasing each other was better than watching TV. This property is so peaceful. On nice days, there is lots to do as he says in the description…pontoon & paddle boat on the pond, a fire pit area, the hot tub, corn hole, comfortable deck, and just walking the property. The home was spotless and very comfortably appointed. We could not think of one thing we would have wanted that wasn’t already provided. So many towels, blankets, kitchen utensils, etc. Beautiful and tasteful decor. Comfortable beds. We traveled with another couple & there was plenty of room. Jim was very responsive from beginning to end. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. I’m sure anyone would love their stay.

Absolutely stunning, peaceful, surrounded by nature… everything we were looking for! We loved every minute of our stay here!

Larry was an awesome host! If you’re traveling through Indiana it’s a hidden gem. Don’t stay anywhere else!

Very clean, comfortable, & cozy home with a delicious coffee shop downstairs. Perfect for our weekend family trip! Be aware-the written description says it has “a couch and two oversized chairs (both chairs turn into single beds)”—-but there is only one sofa bed, which could fit two people, but is not two separate single beds. Currently the password written on the website for the A/C is correct, but incorrect on the “Welcome Info” paper in the AirBnB. Easy fixes which will hopefully be rectified for smoother stays in the future! :) Entrance is on the side of the building, a little hard to find as it wasn’t listed anywhere, but easy check-in after looping around the building! Great host, even offered to ship back a forgotten stuffed animal. Yummy, adorable coffee shop/bookstore downstairs! The smell of fresh brewed coffee in the morning was lovely!
