Monthly Rentals in Durango

Very clean and comfortable condo. Very convenient to Purgatory and Durango. Amenities on property were fantastic to include the gym, hot tub and pools. The bed was very comfortable and so was the pullout sofa. Appreciated the great WiFi and smart TV. I overlooked some check in info and called the owner and got a quick response. It’s a great condo and I would definitely come back again.

This is the perfect place to stay in Durango. It is close to activities and restaurants but it is located in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by tall Ponderosa Pines. Michelle and Evan were very friendly and made it clear we could call if we needed anything. The studio cabin is very homey and there were so many touches that added to the whole experience. There was nothing lacking and more items than are usually included at an AirBnB. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the tv setup was easy to use. It meant a lot to us that we could bring our dog and she loved the walks we took behind the property. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and hope to do so. Thank you Michelle and Evan for a great stay.

This place was great! We were able to walk to all our activities. Gretchen was very responsive and gave great checkin instructions. We highly recommend her place.
