Vacation rentals with beach access in Dubai

We often go to Ajman for work, and this is the best house in the city, in my opinion. Beach across the street, lots of restaurants, great view. The apartment has absolutely everything, even more. Hostess Alina met us like old friends. We will definitely come back again.

Great host, great apartment and location

We had a great stay at this apartment! The location was great — although there are building works in the area it wasn’t noisy. The facilities were also excellent, with everything clean, modern, and well-maintained. It was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and I’d definitely come back again.

As I’ve stayed in many different locations around Dubai, Emaar beachfront, boat harbour is my favourite place. I seem to feel at home every time I travel to that location. Hemlataa place is well equipped to meet anyone’s expectations the building itself has all the amenities needed for a great stay Hemlataa was very punctual,responsive and her staff were extremely helpful with checking as I arrived early it wasn’t a problem,the view from the balcony was great I’m looking forward to coming back. Thanks Hemlataa for the stay it was a great experience and I definitely recommend this place to anybody travelling to this location.

Great specious apartment with a beautiful view and great location. Very clear instructions.

Chris was a super host, always react in no time! The appartement was spacious and everything you need is available. The location is super, shops and restaurants are in short walking distance. The best thing is the private beach access and the swimming pool.

We booked this apartment for hen celebrations and had the best time. The views were incredible as was the location! It was super quick to get taxis etc too. The apartment beautiful, large and everything was super clean. Definitely recommend!

Zilal was very responsive. We asked for cleaning supplies and he immediately provided us with them. The area is great for families with a play area just around the corner.

It was an amazing experience qualify for best value for money !! Within walking distance about 10 minutes from the Dubai Mall very quiet building. What I enjoyed the most was the free gym The only drawback was the availability of the swimming pool. It was closed during my stay.

I celebrated my and my friend's birthday at Olga's Villa. I couldn't ask for more for my Birthday :) The villa was very clean, spotless and top notch! Everything was well in place and exactly the way it was described. The location was perfect , next to the mall and to the beach. The location was also a bit private and completely away from the noise of the city! Olga was a very responsive and proactive and helped in organizing the stay very well and quick. The price of the property was worth the stay! The caretaker of the villa ''Etsy'' was very pleasant, helpful and friendly and I would give 10 stars to Etsy on how she takes care of the guests. Thank you Olga for being such a great host and providing us your space. We had such a magical time and I really look forward to booking your place once again, especially in winters to enjoy the pool more ;) Thank you so much once again :)

The place was quiet, nice, and clean, located inside a secure gated community. Highly recommended if you prefer a peaceful stay and don’t mind being a bit away from the city center.

Wifi didn't work, the wonderful host came in immediately and fixed it for us. Very responsive and friendly, has a very beautiful daughter and will for sure come back.

We had - for the third time- a wonderful time in Amin‘s beautiful and spacious apartment on the 53rd floor with a great view. This time we were blessed not only to see a gorgeous sunrise from our balcony but also a colorful sunset. Amin is a great and flexible host and always just a text away. It always feels like coming home to Dubai and Amin‘s cosy apartment. Thank you dear Amin for being such a great and caring host !

We had a wonderful family reunion in this apartment! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, and plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. Schahin is a very responsive host, client service was A+.

I really enjoyed my stay here…everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The only downside was a strong smell coming from the laundry room and one of the bathrooms, which was pretty noticeable. Other than that, everything else was great and I had a good experience overall. If the smell gets sorted out, it would be perfect!

Overall the stay was great from detailed instructions to clean room to hospitality.

From the start Kiran was very friendly and informative. The apartment was better than the pictures and very comfortable. It’s a beautiful location to stay at with a lot of amenities! 10/10 would recommend!

Stayed in this great apartment right next to the beach. We were impressed at all the restaurants and shops surrounding the area, just a short walk or tram to whatever you need. Very impressed by how clean and well kept the apartment was, easy to deal with the host during check in and our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Port de la mer is a very beautiful settlement with peace and its own beach. The apartment was in very good condition and everything was thought of. Communication with Georges assistant went very well.
