As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Thanks for a great stay! Hopefully visit here again. Jess

The villa is really great, unlike other airb&bs we have stayed at the kitchen is super well stocked with everything you need. The villa is really clean and has a lovely feel to it. You can walk to the golf club and local souk in no time, which is so handy. The pool is really close to the property too! Holly is an excellent host and very responsive to support and get back to any questions. we are booked in again inf feb and look forward to a second family stay thank you again

Pool&Gym, whole villa

I had a fantastic stay at the villa, and our host truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and well taken care of. The villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. Our host was always available to answer any questions and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. stay was amazing from Jodie to thier home everything was perfect felt right at home, there was only 1 thing which was construction ongoing in the backyard of a new building which im sure will finish in the coming weeks or months but was quite loud other than this very child friendly floors were super clean, Jodie was amazing

Luxury Arabian Ranches Villa on Pool and Park

We had a wonderful stay at La Kikanette! The villa was simply beautiful, and so tastefully done up. It was as good if not better than the pictures. We immediately felt at home. It was incredibly comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed and more. We also adored our time in the glorious garden, making use of the brilliant BBQ. The fantastic pool and playground were just a minutes walk away which our toddler adored. Arabian Ranches is so lovely and a super friendly community. Kate was the most amazing host and so very welcoming. Thank you so much! We hope to be back soon!

Everything was as it said it would be ,it was clean and very comfortable.The beds were extremely comfy . All amenities were provided..The pool man came in everyday and cleaned the garden leaves and cleaned the pool filter . The host answered us extremely promptly whenever we had a question . There were a lot of mosquitoes ( to be expected at this time of year) the owner sent us extra “ zappers” for our comfort which was very kind and much appreciated. We would definitely go back Thank you for a wonderful stay in your lovely home 😊

Great place to stay, but do not have high expectations of getting good views as its surrounded by other buildings. For view and convenience you have to come out. Rest everything is as described, you get parking, you can order foods, have access to convenience store and can easily get taxi. Book and enjoy your stay.

I had a good experience staying in Tilal al Ghaf. It’s a community with lots of townhouses next to each other and gym/pool around the corner. The house was good and well equipped. Communication was straightforward and quick.

Chic & Luxury 3BR Villa | Pacifica | DAMAC Hills 2

I am delighted with the stay and the price to standard ratio. Very good and fast communication with the landlord. Very quiet and peaceful area, swimming pool, fitness center, market and shopping center nearby. Excellent access to all Dubai attractions in about 30 minutes car drive. I definitely recommend it.

Dilshad is amazing host was very helpful and attentive and by far one of the best places i have stayed in shame it was already booked up or i wouldve extended! I look forward to booking here in the future.
