Baydream Studio is a private self-contained and beautiful space built onto the side of our house. It has magnificent direct seaviews and a balcony. You can be on the sandy beach in just 2 minutes, which has a Seaside Award meaning it is one of the best beaches in England. The Studio is comfortable, spacious, light and airy. Far enough out of town to be peaceful but only a 10 minute level walk along the cliff top to the vibrant town centre where there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs.

SeaSeat is a gorgeous flat in a beautiful old building, overlooking the sea. We call it SeaSeat because it’s hard to drag yourself away from watching the sea in the daytime or marvelling at the sunsets at dusk. This special place is close to everything that Margate has to offer, it’s right in the old town where all the funky shops, bars and restaurants are and a couple of minutes from the Turner Gallery. Sunsets and sea views. A beautiful apartment in Margate in Fort Paragon on the 3rd floor. There are gorgeous sea views from the kitchen, dining room, sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. This unique apartment is right next to the Margate Lido and the beach. We are close to shops, cafes, and bars. We are also a short walk to Margate town (7 minute walk to the Turner gallery). A great location between town and Cliftonville.

Ziggys is a beautiful flat in the Old Town of Margate on Marine Drive overlooking the sea and harbour.
