Monthly Rentals in Dover

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It was easy to find, and getting in was a breeze. Susan and Dan, who live next door, were always available and happy to help with any questions. The washer and dryer were high-capacity and looked brand new. We’d definitely stay here again in the future!

We were in town for an event, and many places had significantly raised their prices due to late booking. Fortunately, Daliana’s was close by and still affordable. The home is slightly off the beaten path but still very close to everything we needed for the weekend, making it feel secluded and quiet. It was easy to find, offered ample parking, and check-in was straightforward. Inside, everything was neat, clean, and comfortable, meeting all our needs perfectly. We saved money compared to other options and weren't disappointed. Highly recommend!

Great stay! We came in for Sun N Fun, and it was a wonderful location to return to after the hot days at the event. Comfortable bed and bedding. Ice cold AC, and hot water in the shower, made our stay a welcome retreat from the event. Planning on returning next year, with a bit more free time, hoping to explore the neighborhood and ranch next door. Wonderful hostess!!

This was our second time we stayed at Tom’s Place. I feel like it’s home away from home for us. This hidden Gem is so peaceful. Everything is labeled and Tom and his wife have all you need while you stay there. It’s very private even know it’s on their property. We did meet Tom’s wife this trip but we haven’t met Tom yet but we feel like we have because he so responsive and friendly with his communication. This cottage won’t disappoint you it’s beautiful and so welcoming. Tom we will be back thanks again. Ken and Jeanne
