Apartment vacation rentals in Douglas

This was the first time that my husband and I used Airbnb and we were not disappointed. Great host, great facilities, will surely book this place again when we are next in Barbados.

Excellent 2 week stay at this amazing apartment. It has everything you need and more. Spacious fully equipped, air conditioned apartment. We loved the private pool and garden. Was wonderful to sit on the terrace and were lucky enough to be visited by the monkeys. And Mullins beach is only two minutes down the steps. We went there a lot. Also so handy to have a shower at the gate to the complex when coming back from the beach. Would recommend Adrian's Bar if you like a more authentic Caribbean bar. Loved the area as it was more closer to what we like about the Carribbean. Some of Barbados is a bit too developed with high end restaurants and hotels. Unlike our previous experience in the region in Guadeloupe and Martinique. We bypassed the overpriced places and went to Bomba's restaurant with a view that is hard to beat. Also Caboose beach bar in Speightstown has great Fish cutters. The Jamaican Jerk place is also brilliant. Overall a fabulous apartment in a great location

My partner and I and our 7 year old son just spent an incredible 2 weeks at Nicole’s apartment, and the stay was perfect. Nicole is a great communicator and host, and the apartment is as described, good aircon for the bedrooms, hot showers, lovely large balcony for breezy end of day drinks. It has everything we needed from a practical sense too, for the beach days for example mats, toys and towels. So much on your doorstep here if you have a car; convenience store, great restaurants on the beachfront, beaches like Mullins, Gibbes etc very short drive takeouts and beach side eateries and bars. We would definitely book Nicole’s place again, it was a very comfortable stay and highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shontelle’s. The place was extremely clean and it felt like home. Shontelle was always responsive when we messaged her and check in and check out was done without any hassle. The location of the home was not far from the main dining, beach and shopping area. We would definitely stay at Shontelle’s again.

The place was very clean & cozy . I had a relaxing time there, I would definitely recommend.

Modern condo, right on beautiful, private beach. Ample lounge chairs & umbrellas provided for guests. Conveniently located for excursions into Bridgetown or up the West coast. Gated parking for guests' cars. Leon & Diana are very responsive & go out of their way to cater to their tenants. Overall a wonderful place to vacation in Barbados.

We LOVED our time at Leslee's place! It is very close to the beach, not even a 5-minute walk across the street. The beach nearby was our favorite that we visited, clear and calm water, beautiful palm trees, and very secluded (often times we were the only people on the beach). There were a few restaurants in walking distance like Larry Rogers, Bombas, and Sea Shed - all of which we enjoyed. The place is right between Holetown and Speightstown, and was a quick drive to everywhere we wanted to go. I would definitely recommend renting a rental car - we rented the car through Leslee, which made the experience seamless! Overall, was a stunning airbnb equipped with all of the beach necessities and everything we could have needed!

Stunning very big space with breathtaking water views and beautiful sunsets. Rooftop pool to myself almost the entire time and very nice restaurants down the street. The beach is immaculate and never crowded. You ll love it!

My crew and i visit Barbados often and we have begun to explore options other than hotels. This if by far one of the best properties we’ve rented, peaceful, quiet and close to great restaurants. A car is required to get around, but still a phenomenal location.

Just returned from a very lovely holiday staying at Michael's apartment. It felt like a home from home- very well equipped and very comfortable. All super lovely- standout points were the wonderful terrace with a seaview and the aircon in the bedrooms enabled a good nights sleep in lovely big beds.

We had a great time staying at Tyson's airbnb. Tyson was very helpful and even kindly offered drove us to Oistins so we could have dinner there. Tyson was a great host and the accommodation has all the amenities. Tyson always guided us as well if we needed any suggestions etc. The location of the airbnb is good as it is not a long drive from the airport as well as Oistins. Just one thing tourists should keep in mind that they should ideally have a car or get a cab to go into Bridgetown or the beaches (such as Rockley beach or Pebbles Beach).

This was a nice villa and is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The home was clean and comfortable. It is walkable to the beach and a few different restaurants, but if you’re looking to be close to the Bridgetown area, it is about a 35-45 minute drive depending on traffic. Additionally, the map location on google and Apple Maps is wrong, so it made it a bit challenging to locate the villa. Other than those things, I’d definitely recommend this home.

We have stayed in a number of places on the island, but Ashanti 6 is now our ‘go to place’. It is very peaceful and beautifully located. The apartment had everything we needed and we felt very spoilt by the housekeeper who came in every 4 days to clean, change the bed linen and towels. The pool is an added bonus perfect to relax in and accessed directly from the apartment balcony. Jacqui, the property manager was amazing going above and beyond to look after us throughout our stay. It was such a wonderful 3 weeks, that we are already booking our stay for 2026! Thank you ☺️

This is one of my favourite locations. I have stayed here many times. Everyone makes me feel at home. I am often considered a Bajan now. Place is always clean and tidy. Has all the basic amenities and a washer. That is great for packing. Will definitely stay again.

This truly felt like a home away from home—everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay was right there. The compound was spacious and peaceful, and even though the apartment is close to the shared pool, we were never disturbed by noise. While the beach directly in front of the apartment wasn’t ideal, the location is perfect and within a short drive of the beautiful beaches and restaurants between Holetown and Speightstown if you have a rental car. We did run into a small issue with the entry code and figuring out how to lock the apartment, but Becky and the property manager were incredibly responsive and helpful. Also, a helpful tip: if you’re getting cold water in the shower, make sure the water heater by the washer is switched on! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

Our stay at Allure was truly exceptional. The property is brand new, beautifully maintained, and absolutely immaculate. We were warmly welcomed with thoughtful food and drinks, which was a lovely touch. The hosts have considered every detail—you’ll find the apartment and kitchen incredibly well-equipped with every gadget and amenity you could possibly need. The beach is just steps away, and the upstairs terrace and pool area are stunning, spotless, and perfect for relaxing. We’re already looking forward to booking again next year!

We stayed at 204 Mistle Cove for one week. The location is right in the heart of Lawrence Gap with all restaurants and amenities within walking distance. The apartment itself is just as advertised, although the view is actually nicer than the pictures. The main room sleeps with a broadview of the ocean and the calming sounds of waves. The patio is spacious and perfect for breakfast , lunch and dinners in front of the ocean. My daughter loved the pool and the ocean front was a lot of fun with the high waves. A calmer and longer beach was only a two min walk from the apartment at Dover. Overall, we had everything we could have needed here, and would easily stay again if we go back to Barbados.

Wayne and his team were very helpful. The house was prestige and in a great location. When I return to Barbados, I will 100% be booking with them

I've been visiting Barbados for years, and Lumiere is in a beautiful estate, with great amenities, and in a convenient location. the host, Lynne, was quick to respond, and flexible. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment accommodation.

just spent a fabulous two weeks at Hayley and Logan's villa. It was exactly like the photos and description with everything and more needed for 2 week stay. It was safe and secure with lovely swimming pool and wonderful beach where we spent most afternoons. There is supermarket some 5 minute walk with an abundance of restaurants and things to see nearby. We hired a car for a few days and there's a private parking space. However the buses are plentiful and cheap. The staff in the complex were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. We would highly recommend this wonderful villa and we are already planning our next visit. We even got to swim with the turtles on Schooner Bay beach which was amazing and the end to a wonderful holiday.

Amazing place that makes you feel in paradise! Beautiful secluded beach, pool was great and location was perfect. Concierge and property manager very responsive and helpful!

Highly recommend! Jo the host is phenomenal and went above and beyond to ensure our stay went well. She was very quick to respond and provided so many great recommendations for us. We could not have asked for a better host. The area is wonderful, we were very comfortable the entire time, and we had everything you would want. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, patio are all great! Very clean and super spacious. Jo’s extra efforts would make me feel beyond comfortable staying here again with my family or in any other listing she had. Thank you Jo!

Donna and Robert are the best hosts we met so far, their attention to detail made our stay even better, both are amazing hosts as well as beautiful humans they made us feel at home in Barbados. Upon arrival they made sure to greet us in person and show us the house , made sure we had everything we need. We shared with them that we are celebrating our anniversary and Donna and Robert prepared a nice surprise for us that came so unexpected but definitely made our stay even beter , no other host did that for us ever. They offered taxi pick up and drop off from the airport, as well as groceries pick up with a taxi driver they work closely , and made us feel safe and at ease this way. We did not need to hire a car while on the island as the beach Carslile Bay and restaurant were close by. We stayed 10 nights and they offered free housekeeping mid stay. The beach chairs they offer were a nice touch, and plenty of towels. The house had absolutely everything we needed for our stay.

The apartment is part of a resort so has a reception which is very handy. The apartment is well equipped. At the back of the resort is Dover Beach which is lovely. Very close to Oistin’s for the famous Friday night Fish Fry. It is a good base to explore the island - easy to catch a bus around the island from the front of the resort. About 45 minutes to an hour to the west coast which has beautiful beaches and restaurants. Very friendly hosts and excellent communication!
