Vacation rentals with a patio in Dorking

We had a great stay at Chris' place in central London. The apartment was very neat and clean with comfortable beds. Chris was kind enough to offer us an early check in and helped out with all the queries. It got a bit warm inside the apartment, but Chris had fans for every room which was helpful. The place is very centrally located, in a quiet neighbourhood near UCL and close to 3 Tube stations including Tottenham Crt Rd station (10 mins walk) & Goodge Street (2 mins walk). It's on the Ground & Lower Ground Floor so bringing bags in isn't an issue. Only slight disadvantage is that the rooms/bathrooms are slightly small, but if you're not spending too much time at home, it's not a big issue. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to be centrally located in London and close to major Tube stations.

We had a great time (6 nights, 2 adults/2 children) Highlights: - PERFECT location 💫✨✨ Apartment on a quiet street, with little car traffic. But close to all amenities (metro, supermarket, restaurants, cafes, bars…) and extremely well located in London for easy access to different neighborhoods. - Small but very practical and well-designed apartment for a week-long family stay. 2 bedrooms with double beds (and small individual duvets for children). Well-equipped kitchen, bathroom as well, and a covered mini terrace! Very efficient heaters if needed. - Very nice and helpful host, even though we didn't get a chance to meet him… Self check-in and checkout (digicode) Weak point: - Soundproofing with the landing above a little light… we were woken up one night by the departure of the tenants at 3 a.m.… But hey, you can't have everything in the city center! Thanks again for this stay!!!

Great location - very quiet and yet you are right by the subway and get everywhere. The decor was stylish, there was everything you needed!

Nice place that was comfortable. We felt very safe here. The location was great, and was easily walkable to a couple of underground stations within about 10-15 minutes. Cindy was very responsive to any questions we had.

We had a great stay here. Susan was a wonderful host, who made it possible for us to check in early, and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s a lovely neighbourhood, with three different supermarkets within walking distance (a Sainsbury’s Local, Co-op and LIDL). It’s also easy to get around, as it’s a short walk (15 minutes) to the underground station to get into central London. As an added bonus, it’s on the Richmond train line and a very quick trip out to Kew Gardens.

The apartment was beautiful. It has a really nice balcony with a beautiful view of the river. Fully stocked kitchen, literally had everything that we needed. The host was very responsive and helped us out when we had issues. Great location, walkable to public transportation, and grocery store was really close by. We had a great vacation overall, glad we chose this place to stay!

10/10 Everything was impeccable and close to all the essentials of London

If you are thinking about starting an Airbnb, Mary’s place is a great example of how to do things right. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and to be honest I wouldn’t change a thing. Mary was pro-active, friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions as to how to access the place, where to park etc. I have already booked for later this year and will find myself in the same area next year; I will be back!

The house was cosy and the beds comfy. We enjoyed a walk to the seafront area and a drive to the picturesque South Downs. We had a lovely, relaxed weekend break - thank you!

Travelled down as family of 12 for London Marathon weekend. The place was everything we wanted and more. It really has a ‘home from home’ feel and you immediately felt comfortable due to the numerous little touches the hosts have gone to. We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer…. Only minor feedback is the stairs to top floor is little difficult for the older members or those struggling after long run!! 🥵😂 When we are next this way, we will definitely look to book again. Jen is a very responsive and available host. The apartment is well located, with good access to public transport to easily reach the center of London. The accommodation is perfectly equipped. We would love to come back if we come back to London. Thank you also for breakfast, it is a much appreciated attention! ✨

David was very helpful from the moment I booked his lovely apartment—always ready to assist. The apartment has a charming touch and is conveniently located right next to Lakeside. Bus and train options are nearby, and it's easy to get around on foot as well.

Stayed in Marlow for 2 nights. What a beautiful little town, but the icing on the cake was Max’s apartment. From the moment we walked in, it smelt fresh and clean, everywhere was spotless. Everything we needed in the kitchen, lovely lounge area and separate table for eating (not a fan of eating off my lap) Bed was firm and very comfortable, bathroom was spotless. Lovely little area outside and I enjoyed the last of the sun one evening. All communication was fast, especially when I made a mistake with the booking dates. Wouldn’t hesitate in staying there again and would 100% recommend.

Absolutely perfect! Could not recommend this place enough. The flat is so stylish and comfortable, and 20 min walk to the centre of Brighton. Will defo be back! Thanks Alan!

Nice sized apartment with lovely view across the marina. Comfy bed. Shops and restaurants walkable. Easy car parking near apartment. Town a leisurely walk or short taxi ride

Amazing stay at Portico Residence. Flexible check in, beautiful kitchen with all the cutlery. And all the amenities. Love the house decor. Easy walk towards town and stores, and train station. Love to see that all the necessary’s were available in the house. Heating system was perfect. Our stay was comfy and beautiful. Surely recommend portico residences.

We stayed for the weekend, the place was very clean and spotless, we loved how easy it was to get to the beach and she was always responsive and helpful. My kids loved the chocolate eggs too
