I had an incredible experience staying at Luca's place! The home was exactly as described, clean, and well-kept, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. It feel like a home away from home. Luca was a fantastic host, very communicative, and quick to respond to any questions I had. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Arzana.

Beautiful place. Sandrina was very kind, she welcomed us with fruits, vegetables and other foods. She was always available to answer our questions in a short time.

The house is well located, a few minutes walk from the beach and close to the necessary amenities, for example a convenience store, bar and restaurants, right next door. If you are on foot, as in my case, from Olbia you can get by bus with a change in Siniscola, the Caletta and Posada, the nearest centers, can be reached by bus, 25 minutes walk to La Caletta. The veranda outside is pleasant, the apartment is equipped with everything that is indicated in the listing. I was alone, I stayed here for 9 days and I had a very good time. Luna was welcoming and available for directions. I'd love to come back and stay longer. Thank you for everything!

Seemingly spacious with a very nice terrace. The decor is a little old-fashioned and deserves to be clean. Very good communication and valuable advice.

Baunei and its surroundings can be explored very well from the apartment. We felt very comfortable.

We were welcomed with open arms despite a later than expected ferry arrival but Nina was so kind and helpful and upon arrival we were relived to find a bright, clean, beautiful spot to rest! They helped us with restaurant recommendations and we LOVED the restaurant, Karemare which was close by and had amazing seafood! Close to beaches and cute little villages, we enjoyed La Calleta for shopping and Santa Lucia for restaurants. La Cinta beach is just 30 minutes away and rated 2nd best beach on the island and was definitely worth the extra drive to enjoy the white sand, turquoise water, and renting beach loungers with umbrellas close to snacks :) We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

A beautiful, unique property within walking distance to great shops, restaurants and wineries. We had a great experience exploring the town and sharing a bottle of wine within the quaint courtyard. We especially loved Locanda Sa Rosa for dinner and Cantina Giuseppe Sedilesu where we had a great wine tour and tasting!

Apartment in a beautiful location with a nice view of the mountain and the sea, well equipped also inside and outside with nice seating and sunbeds. A lot of nice beaches were accessible by car within 15-20 minutes drive. Nearby restaurants, cafes, and shop.

We spent 4 nights in Haus Ausilia. We enjoyed the apartment very much and we didn't miss anything. In the meadow of the house, the children could ideally occupy themselves, from the kitchen you have a view of it. The seat in front of the house is also very comfortably furnished. The beach is a short walk away and was little frequented in the fall with good temperatures. We would highly recommend Haus Ausilia.

beautiful house, large, cared for in every detail, the scent as soon as you enter and the scent of soaps tell you a lot about the care you take, congratulations. It is reached through a small dirt road and is isolated in the most absolute peace... but with all the comforts of a newly renovated house. We took advantage of the location to reach Cala Gonone and take a boat trip (40 min south), highly recommended, and to reach the biderosa oasis (25 min north). For anything, Giovanna is very affordable.

Great place with plenty of space and nice amenities. Great reception by the local caretaker couple on site, who were prepared with advice, local specialties, and good spirits. We had a great week at the property. It is very nice and big enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The listing is located on a quiet street with space to park. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

Signora Daniela very helpful and communicative and attentive to the needs of its guests. Very nice one-bedroom apartment located inside a small building, very well cared for and clean, furnished with great taste and complete with everything you can feel at home. About a 10-minute walk from the pedestrian center of Tortoli and just a few minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches in the area. Highly recommended

Staying at Manuel's apartment exceeded all expectations! The style of the apartment is just beautiful, everything was very clean and we felt at home. Parking in the garage was great for us as we were traveling with our private car. We will be happy to come back:)

The beautifully furnished apartment is located in Baunei and therefore perfectly between the sea and the mountains. For us, the proximity to the great hikes was crucial (a short hike even starts directly in Baunei). The apartment itself is nicely decorated, bright and has a great view from the windows of the kitchen. Gian Marco always responded directly and despite our lack of Italian knowledge, communication worked well. We really recommend staying here:)

A totally successful stay! Very quiet place, comfortable equipment, very clean, pleasant communication with Marcantonio. A wonderful place, well equipped kitchen if you want to cook yourself. Clean and well maintained pool. Beach indicated by Marcantonio superb. Responding at first: We were allowed to stay a little longer but we had another rental to follow. Thank you for the wine and homemade olive oil.

Beautifully furnished apartment with everything you need to feel good (including salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, tea, towel, sponge, dishwasher, etc.). Incredibly beautiful views of the bay, magnificent roof terrace. In the area great hikes in dream lights (optionally also by boat), various restaurants within walking distance. Very nice contact with Eva, lots of useful tips in the apartment. We would come back back.

Beautiful and clean apartment with everything you need just as described. We felt at home and would come back any time. Supermarket right around the corner so really recommend. Parking right outside the door. Beautiful covered veranda. Also the surrounding area is beautiful, there is 5 minutes away by car a really long sandy beach bordering a pine forest. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Arbatax is really cozy and if you want more you just drive around the corner to Tortoli. Hostess is very friendly, helpful and available at all times. Thanks again for everything!
