House vacation rentals in Devonport

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We used all the facilities apart from the outdoor pool. For two families of 4 we felt the accommodation was lovely, clean and homely with enough space to spend time together or separately. Great location for travelling out to other towns and activities and a handy tesco just up the road if you want to cook in the very well equipped kitchen. The owners were on-site, and very friendly. We would highly recommend this holiday home. Superb!

Matt and Chloe were great hosts, communicative and helpful. The house was lovely, modern, private and set amongst the trees. There was a great welcome basket waiting for us with visitor information, scones, jam and clotted cream, tea, milk in the fridge. The bathroom was great, with a good power shower. The beds were very comfortable with lovely bed linen. The weather was not so good but we did manage to use the pool, which was clean and a nice temperature. We visited: Port Isaac, Padstow, Rock, Bodmin jail. A great place to stay, we would not hesitate to book again in the future.

Fantastic find, we will be back for sure! The place was immaculate, I’ve never stayed in such a clean place. The children enjoyed feeding the animals, and playing on the slides and swings. We bought some burgers and sausages on site and they were lovely and very reasonable. Cottage had every essential you could need, very very well stocked in the kitchen with quality utensils and pots and pans (makes such a difference). An absolute gem of a place, will be sure to recommend to friends and family

We stayed at this wonderful Airbnb that was truly the most family-friendly house we've ever visited. The garden was a delight with goats that the kids adored, and there were plenty of toys to keep them entertained. The house was clean and tidy, which we greatly appreciated. It was so thoughtful to have kid-friendly cutlery and plates available. One of the highlights was the fresh farm eggs provided by our hosts - they were absolutely amazing! The location of the house was very convenient, making our trips around the area easy and stress-free. Additionally, we were pleased with the reliable amenities such as constant warm water, effective heating, and good WiFi connectivity. This place is highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Lovely house, stunning views, a fun time for our family weekend, the walk to the beach was tougher than I expected but well worth it. We had a big problem with hot water which was on a timer which had no control over, off at 9am so only 3 out of 10 managed a hot shower, then it didn’t come on again til late afternoon, no chance of a hot shower after the hot tub, after a couple of texts the next day the boost was activated for extra hour in the morning, this needs to be thought through when there are 10 of you, also I wonder Charlotte if you could provide a couple of bar stalls, there is no way you can fit 10 around that table comfortably, however the house is in a beautiful and quiet setting and certainly had the wow factor, thank you Charlotte x

Everything about this air bnb is fantastic! We slept with the blinds open every night purely to wake to that view. The interior has been thoughtfully put together and has everything you could possibly need, we had family visit and were able to cook for 4 adults and 3 kids and still had spare crockery and cutlery!!! Our hosts were helpful and absolutely lovely. I wish I could live at Pear Tree!

We had a really amazing stay at the Bay Talland. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the house we were staying in and equally impressed by the on-site facilities too. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. After days spent walking, we really enjoyed unwinding with a swim and a soak in the hot tub. The location was ideal- set along one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline I’ve seen. Looe is around a 90-minute walk and Polperro about an hour, both worth a visit. We also loved exploring Fowey, Polruan (Hall Walk) and Cawsand during our stay too, all beautiful and quaint Cornish towns within around a half an hours drive.

Incredible cottage. So fabulous to be right next to the water. It was amazing waking up in the morning to the view of Fowey and the harbour. So many things to look at and binoculars are provided ! Easy 2 minute walk to the ferry to Fowey , the pub and a brilliantly stocked shop. Such a great location and you can go on loads of lovely walks. Didn’t want to leave it’s just wonderful

As a family we have stayed in a fair few properties in Hope Cove and we all agreed this was one of the best. Plenty of space, great location, comfy beds and an enclosed garden for the dog. Having parking for up to 4 cars was really good as well. We would 100% book again.

This is an amazing house in a perfect location. We had everything we could ask for. The beds were very comfortable. We were warm throughout our stay. The house was a warm hug and we really appreciate the attention the owners have given to us as guests. The car park was super close. Highly recommended!!

Just returned from the most wonderful break to this gorgeous location absolutely stunning Loved the beautiful location so peaceful and quiet, superb walking, superb beach and incredible sea view from the property which was immaculate absolutely pristine. Cannot recommend this property enough we all had a wonderful time and will definitely return. A truly remarkable place and absolutely perfect 😍 for our family.

We had a gorgeous week away here at Yardley house! Our dogs loved playing in the garden and at the beach which was a 2 min walk from the house! Mark was very helpful and shown us where everything was which was great. I cannot fault this location or the impeccable views!

We stayed at this lovely house while attending my son’s wedding and couldn’t have been more pleased. The property was exactly as described — clean, spacious, and in a great location. It was the perfect base for such a special occasion. During our stay, there was an unexpected issue when someone in the area damaged a local gas main. Despite this being entirely outside the host’s control, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us, even offering to contribute towards the cost when the gas services couldn’t fully resolve the problem. The host’s communication and support were exceptional throughout. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a well-located and comfortable stay with truly thoughtful hosting.

Blanche’s is a magical place! It was a beautiful, remote location where we enjoyed the garden, view, and walks right outside our door! It is rustic, but that adds to the charm. All the amenities were there; good beds, hot water, WiFi, and cell service. Polperro is a short drive away for dining. Do stop in a bigger town to stock up on groceries. You won’t want to leave this tranquil spot. Lou was super responsive any time I had a question.

Excellent accommodation, perfect location. We had 3 cars which meant 2 needed to park in the local car parks, this wasn't a problem but just something to be mindful of when staying in the centre of the town. The property was impeccable and response from the team was quick and personable. Thank you

We spend a week at Ringmore, but could have easily stayed several weeks due to the lovely atmosphere of the cottage, the village and the attractive surrounding. House and garden are beautiful. You can feel at home instantly. The house is bright and friendly and well equipped. The beautiful surrounding invites to stray around, walk to the beach, enjoy the landscape, walk the coastal path starting from the house at Ayrmer Cove, a small beach with amazing rocks. And have dinner at the Journeys End Inn with a very nice variety of food and of course ales. There are many more things to explore: lovely villages, churches, cathedrals, ports, gardens, museums, estuarys, Dartmoor, great coast ... The host Anna was very nice and gave us lots of information. Thanks a lot for staying at this special place and experiencing a wonderful atmosphere!

Mike and Helens home was the perfect homely base for our family Christmas. The house was decorated and with two log burners was very cosy and festive. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for the whole family every night. The location is perfect for visiting places on the North and south coast and there is plenty of parking in the drive for 5 cars. The house is in a very quiet area, which was lovely and the airfield nearby is good for dog walks.

This property is spacious, clean, modern and had lovely views. It has everything for a week’s holiday, including great facilities, comfy beds and everything in order as you’d expect. It felt like the owner had gone the extra mile to make it a pleasant stay. The only thing that detracted a bit for us was the downstairs flat- whilst it’s separate, a bit of noise transferred upwards through the floor and the pipes, especially early in the morning as the people staying there were in work time and we were on holiday time! Apart from that, this is an excellent property and highly recommended for a relaxing holiday with great views of the marina and harbour.

We had a lovely stay, the house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions, which made the experience even smoother.

A wonderfully spacious home with comfortable beds. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The view out over to the island is stunning. We instantly noticed how peaceful it is in this area. Although further out of Looe it is easily walkable and a pleasant walk in. Near a lovely coffee shop and to the sea and South West Coast Path. Last but not least the host was very helpful and friendly.

We loved Paradise House. Spent a very happy Easter here with little people and adults. The house was perfect - comfy beds, clean bathrooms, plenty of space, a separate play room and amazing garden to explore in and do an Easter egg hunt in ! Walking into Boscastle is super easy and plenty of great beaches and pubs nearby. Rosy was fab. Highly recommend.

We were three 55+ couples and the house accommodated us perfectly. The top floor was open and airy, with the most beautiful views off the balcony. From small sailboats to larger scientific-type vessels, there was always something interesting to see. The bedrooms and baths below were private and luxuriously appointed with very comfortable beds and comforters and large, fluffy bath towels. Even though we only made breakfast in the kitchen, it had all the equipment needed to make anything we wanted. We elected to eat dinners out and there were many excellent restaurants nearby. Luckily for us, the weather was sunny and clear the whole six days, and the location was great for exploring many points of interest. We highly recommend this property. Thanks!
