Linnet Cottage-Tichbornes Farm Cottages
Linnet Cottage is one of 3 cottages at Tichbornes Farm set in the beautiful countryside of the Pewsey Vale in the village of Etchilhampton. Fully equipped with a new king size bed in the master bedroom, this spacious, modern four star holiday cottage with Wi-Fi is the perfect place to relax, unwind and have fun! The 4th bed is a single folding bed or a travel cot, available for a small extra charge. Please let us know if these are required when making your booking. Cleaning charges included.

Rutters Garden Cabin
Cabin set in delightful rural Wiltshire. Great for a cosy weekend away, to work from, visit family or just to enjoy beautiful Wiltshire. If you are into wild swimming or paddle boarding, we are 45 mins from lake 32. Close to the house, but not overlooked. Set in our lovely garden on a quiet no through road, just outside of town. Well equipped kitchen and smart TV. Free off road parking. It takes about 20 min to walk into town. Please note we are unable to cater for infants, children or pets.

Owls Cottage. A tranquil location near Devizes.
Owls Cottage has outstanding views across open countryside with easy access to The Ridgeway Path on the border of Salisbury Plain. Fantastic for mountain bikers, walkers and riders. It is an ideal base for Longleat Stonehenge, Avebury Circle, Salisbury, Bath, Marlborough and many National Trust and English Heritage sites. The Kennett & Avon canal, with the Caen Hill flight of locks, is nearby. 5mins walk to pub with good food most days. Supermarket & takeaway nearby. Devizes is a 12 min drive.

Jeannie's Cottage
Nestled between historic Lacock and Georgian Bath, Jeannie's Cottage is located on Church Walk close to Melksham's town centre. This pretty street is one of Melksham's hidden gems, regularly winning prizes in ‘Melksham in Bloom’ contests. It is steeped in history and part of the town's conservation area. Dating from the late 18th Century, Jeannie's Cottage is Grade II listed and affords two storeys, two bedroom accommodation and has the benefit of an enclosed rear walled courtyard garden.

The North Transept
The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Bright and airy apartment (Pigsty Cottage)
Pigsty Cottage is a spacious apartment within an Orangery, its a lovely private place to stay. Well equipped, with a top quality kingsize bed and mattress, secure parking and electric gates. A Lovely rural location, stunning gardens. Great for visits to Bath, Stonehenge, Salisbury and Devizes. We do allow a well behaved pet. If you’re planning on bringing a pet, we’d like to know in advance as we make some small changes to the furnishings accordingly. We have a strict poo pick up policy.

Converted in 2020 from a 17th century brick-built farm building, The Barn offers guests a luxurious stay in a unique setting perfect for exploring Wiltshire. It is at the foot of the Wessex Downs, close to the Kennet and Avon Canal, a short drive from the ancient market town of Devizes, within reach of Avebury, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Bath and only 30 minutes from the M4.

The Little Forge
Enjoy a relaxing break in the heart of the beautiful Pewsey Vale. The Little Forge is set on a quiet lane at the edge of the friendly village of Pewsey, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Enjoy countryside walks in the beautiful surroundings or explore the mystical Avebury, the market town of Marlborough or the pretty villages along the Kennet and Avon Canal. At the end of the day cozy up in front of the log burner or spend the evening in one of the local pubs or restaurants.

Charming cosy country cottage above Lacock for 2
This little cottage is modern, clean and light with an open plan kitchen to the right as you step in the door and seating beyond with french doors leading out into the garden. The bedroom is small but comfortable with plenty of space for clothes in a fitted wardrobe with hanging and shelves. The bathroom en suite has a bath with shower, WC, basin and fresh white towels. Surrounded by nature, trees, shrubs and with the sound of birds to wake up to this is a truly relaxing place.

Barn @ North Wraxall
We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful one-bedroom, barn in the centre of the rural hamlet of North Wraxall, 10 miles North of the Heritage City of Bath. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Originally, a working storage barn which has recently undergone sympathetic restoration to create a high class holiday home, while retaining original features. There is an open plan downstairs room with doors to the outside and an upstairs en-suite bedroom.

Cosy Lex Cottage overlooking National Trust Lacock
A pretty 19th-century detached cottage set within a large rolling garden with shallow stream and summerhouse overlooking meadowland and stunning views over the National Trust medieval village of Lacock. This period cottage includes a double aspect living room, dining room, well-equipped kitchen and utility room, double and twin bedrooms with comfy beds, bathroom with oval bath and fitted shower. There is also an additional bed in the summerhouse if required.

This annexe has a warm and welcoming feel.
It is self contained annexe. Downstairs has a living area with it's own kitchen, shower and toilet. With a double bed upstairs. It has parking for 2 cars. Accessible outside seating area for 2 people. A five minute walk to the nearest bus stop with a direct line to Bath. 7 minute walk to train station that will take you to Bath, Swindon and London. Lacock, Corsham, Stonehenge, Castle Coombe and Bradford-on-Avon are nearby.
