Monthly Rentals in Devil's Courthouse

Scott was very prompt and helpful with his communication! As far as the tiny home goes, it was a perfect stay for my buddy and I! Very cozy little place with everything we needed and nothing we didn't. Everything was tucked away and organized well to utilize the space and both beds were super comfortable! We were fairly close to everything we wanted to do.. downtown Brevard, all the hikes and waterfalls, stores, etc. Very pleased with our stay!

What a beautiful and tranquil hidden gem! My girlfriend and I stayed here for a few days and absolutely loved it. It’s plenty secluded to give you the privacy you need and 15 minutes from a good area with cell service. I’d highly recommend and will stay again in a heartbeat!

It was a perfect little place to spend the night while passing through Brevard for a day. Beautiful scenery and lots of birds around. It’s tiny but perfect for 1 or 2 people to crash for the night.

the Villa we stayed in was great! it was very clean and extremely comfortable. it was a great location, very close to downtown Waynesville with lots of food options. It's also only about a 15 minute drive to Maggie Valley. it was also very pet friendly. We will absolutely stay with Genevieve again!
