Situated on a nine acre nature reserve, with direct access to the beach and pristine sea views, our home is one of Denmark’s largest and most private summerhouses. The main house and annex, with multiple entertaining spaces, are surrounded by a large garden. A private path leads to the beach. Built as the seaside estate of the entrepreneur inventor of the egg box, our home is close to the resort towns of North Zealand; all the nightlife and culture of Copenhagen is under an hour's drive away.

Furthermore, the house contains 2 neat rooms with 2 beds in each + Spa.

The house offers all modern comforts for the perfect holiday, including large 55" smart TV, washer, dryer and Wifi. All controlled by the intelligent IHC electrical installation system.

The house has 2 guest bedrooms, 1 master bedroom, 1 home office, 1 guest bathroom and 1 master bathroom. There is also a 55inch television with tv-streaming and Netflix. FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

In the months of July and August, we only rent out the house in 14-day periods.
