I would surely book this place again. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed, including laundry facilities. The location was great for walking and also a easy close drive to Nicene Marks Forest for a lovely hike. Communication was very pleasant and quick. Loved this stay.

Suzy’s place was perfect! I was in town for a wedding held at Shadowbrook and Suzy’s place was within walking distance to not only the restaurant but also all the spots in the village. Suzy was super responsive and worked with me. Even though I wasn’t able to check in early, we worked it out so that I could at least park in the designated parking spot so that we could walk around town while things were being cleaned. The place was super safe and private. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town!

Overall we had a great time at ORV rental. We know the area well and love to visit for the day but this trip we wanted to stay for a couple of days. The apartment was well decorated and very clean. We did have trouble finding the 4 accommodating bath towels for our party of 4 but eventually did locate the remaining two towels. The adjoining guests in the apartment next door were quite loud and the sound very easily traveled into our unit. There’s not much that can be done about that at this point but something to be aware of. Overall we had a great time and would recommend.

My husband and I recently stayed in “Fancy Free by the Sea”. It met all of our needs. I loved the way it was decorated and it felt very homey. We appreciated the filtered water in the refrigerator and the available coffee, although we purchased our coffees in town. All in all, very cute, very relaxing space. I would stay there again. I gave it 5 stars.

The house is off the beach but a 2 min walk to the coast. We really enjoyed walking to restaurants and stores in Pacific Grove. Very short, easy drive to Asimolar State Beach and the Monterrey Aquarium.

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

I had a wonderful stay, Jeff was so helpful arranging a last-minute trip and was a fantastic host. The studio was very quiet and peaceful and I enjoyed spending time on the patio in the back. It was a great place to spend some time in the Carmel area.

Great location, apartment, and easy check in and out. Would 100% stay again! Very cute places to eat / shop / beach close by!

Cozy home. Perfect place to stay with our dogs as the fenced yard is a nice feature. Great communication from hosts & we were even allowed an early check-in at the last minute which was greatly appreciated. We would stay here again.

You will not regret staying here. Debra and David were so incredibly nice. The house and the outdoors/garden are beautiful. We loved the hot tub being off the master suite and the fact there are no neighbors so it’s incredibly quiet. It’s in a great location near both downtown and the fairgrounds. We can’t wait to return. The copper nest was a great place to stay for our long weekend trip. It was ideally situated 30mins drive from UCSC. The beach house exceeded our expectations, and comfortably accommodated 8 guests. All aspects had been thought about by the host, from the detailed text messages pre arrival through to the prevision of supplies, saving the immediate necessity to go basic food shopping. The house was pleasantly furnished with high end product and the beds were so comfortable. The state beach (only foot steps away) was so peaceful, with barely a sole on this stretch. Both hosts were responsive to any issues or questions. Thank you

This is one of the cleanest Airbnb we have stayed at. The neighbor is quiet and beautiful views from the backyard patio. Bunzi place is stocked with many cookware & towels. We had fun in the playroom. Highly recommend. 10-15 mins from Fisherman worth and Cannery Row.

Clean, compact and cozy cottage. Clutter free. We stayed three nights with our pets, and this cottage suited us perfectly. A nearby park (Martin Park) provides a destination for a short dog walk, or as the gateway for a longer walk if one is inclined to venture into the neighborhood. Our neighborhood stroll led us to discover a yard landscaped brilliantly with succulents, at the corner of Lowell Street and Mingo Avenue, only one block north of Martin Park.) The cottage's off-street parking brought peace-of-mind, as there were lots of vehicles parked on the street. We had a delightful visit. (If you have an especially large vehicle, inquire of the hosts first about compatibility, as the street is a bit narrow. We were in an average size vehicle and had no problems.)

This was our third year using Donna’s home for our week-long annual trip to the Monterey peninsula. We have always been pleased with our stay, and this year was no different. Donna’s home has everything a family or group could need. The home has always been clean and tidy. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, and very close to most of the points of interest in this area including golf courses, the popular Monterey Bay Aquarium/Fisherman’s Wharf, and Laguna Seca Raceway. Her communication has been friendly and clear - no troubles to speak of. If you are considering a stay in this area, either short or longer term, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

This was the perfect spot for our family and 2 dogs. Everything was clean and had all the amenities listed. Very close drive to Monterey Wharf and Carmel. Very easy to get to the main attractions and had grocery stores and restaurants a few minutes drive away.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bixby House. The home was spotless. Extremely welcoming and comfortable. The attention to detail was incredible. So many small details that make a huge difference when staying in a rental home. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The host and her team were attentive and always responded quickly to any questions. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We will definitely be booking again when we travel to the area. Would highly recommend this home to anyone.

Kristina’s place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. Breath taking ocean views and a short 5 minutes down to the beach. Kristina was very friendly checking in with us to make sure our trip was going good and if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again !!! Great host great place and beautiful city !!

Wonderful condo nestled in the Pajaro Dunes Resort. We traveled with two elementary aged kids and they had a fantastic time. A great family getaway. We brought our own groceries and there was plenty of amenities in the kitchen for eating in every meal. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and beautiful views from the inside as well. We appreciated having the beach chairs & tennis items. The resort recreation area was a lot of fun and we spent several hours there. Comfortable beds and upgraded furnishings. Overall, a fantastic experience and we can’t wait to return again someday.

This stay is absolutely amazing. Comfy bed and furniture. Stocked Kitchen. Steps to the beach. Closet full of beachy things. We had fun flying the kite. Built bonfires just over the dune on the beach. 🏖️ Don’t hesitate to book. This place is it.

Staying at this Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, with everything I could need—toiletries to fast Wi-Fi .The host went above and beyond, checking in to ensure everything was perfect. It felt less like a rental and more like a five-star boutique hotel with the heart of a home. I truly didn’t want to leave!” This is a real heartfelt space in the middle of my home town that provided the soulful connection to home.

We had a wonderful stay in Aptos! Hosts were very helpful, responsive, and flexible. You can tell they take great care of the house and think of all the details and amenities a visitor might need. Although we didn’t use the kitchen and bbq, everything you might need is there. The beds were very comfortable as well. The view is breathtaking, we even saw whales! It’s the perfect location to local restaurants, coffee spots, and grocery stores. Very close to Santa Cruz without the hustle and bustle. My family would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We’ve stayed at Pajaro Dunes before, but it’s been decades ago. Marc’s place was perfectly situated for privacy and views and was very clean and well appointed. The peacefulness and serenity were exactly what we were looking for. The beachy feel of the furnishings was charming and the unit included all that we needed including an upgraded and well furnished kitchen, a gas fireplace, a comfortable, king size bed and other essentials like extra blankets and a Kuerig coffee maker. Our only difficulty was when inadvertently trying to use the TV remote to change channels…Don’t Do That, Use the cable remote like it says in the instructions. Spent a thoroughly enjoyable four days here with side trips to Monterey and Carmel. Perfect home base for dining out and exploring the coast, and an excellent, proactive host.

As described, great location walkable easily to shops/restaurants/beach. Quiet location and thoughtful extras like makeup removal wipes, qtips, and popcorn.
