Follow the path to the back of the main house, here you'll find a beautiful space with large windows and plenty of natural light. Enjoy the warm gas fireplace, large flat screen TV. Quiet / peaceful / positive vibes place perfect for a couple but can do one more (twin-size floor mattress / PacknPlay). *NOTE: Must pre-approve pets with initial booking & only booked guests allowed - this is how we feel most safe hosting in our home. No smokers (of any kind) here. Strict quiet hours. My wife Marla and I are so happy to share our sweet sunny lower-level space with you - she built it herself! We live upstairs with our adorable rescue dogs + old aloof cat Tanner.

This cozy ranch is spacious and comfortable located in a quiet neighborhood just 3 miles from the Capital. There is one bathroom available for guests. Talk to the host about groups larger than 4 for additional aerobed option. Your lovely hosts may be on site during your stay but will reside in the lower level of the home during your visit. Hosts are quiet and respectful of your space. There is no crossover between guests and hosts.
