Sloten has only 700 inhabitants but yet the town is a party to visit due to its fantastic and atmospheric monumental buildings and restaurants, the small but intriguing museum and beautiful hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. As one of the Frisian Eleven Cities, Sloten is also an ideal base for water sports enthusiasts and (in winter) ice skating on the Slotermeer.

Our cozy holiday home is located in a private residential complex determined by water. The 88sqm house was renovated and furnished in May 2020. "Frisian green" has 10 large sun panels on the roof and claims to have all of its energy from the sun next to the stove. The house is ideal for 4 vacationers (max 6 people). The almost 500sqm outdoor area with various dining areas, garden lounge, sauna (2 pers) and outdoor shower invites you to linger and relax.

Our house is a small but very nice house. From the jetty, get on the boat and sail towards the Frisian lakes. The house is very quiet and has all the comforts. You can stay with 4 people at the Wjitteringswei. The beds are lovely. They are now as a double bed but can also be set up as 4 single beds. WiFi is of course also there. And most importantly, a fantastic view. Check-in from 3pm and check-out until 12pm.
